I have purchased Samsung Earphone With Mic Exellent Sound from website www.shoppingneeds.in on 7-6-2014. and they not delivered my product yet.My order id.= 43. I have submitted the complaint to the email provided by the www.shoppingneeds.in but they are not responding . I also tried their customer care contact no. which are provided on their website, they are not valid .What should i do kindly take any action.
