Dear ALL My Order No. 10339 dated- 10th June, 2015 . Order cancelled till date no Refund got email from them, The refund will be process in the Two parts similar installments but no Refund received . Shoppingn Saving is a fraud company... I got a call from person saying that they have a huge sale and all products such as Topl line Laptops, highline Mobiles phones, Ipads, etc are offered at a cost of 1999/- i actually avoided them 1st time, however they kept calling me several times and then finally i choose to do the payment. after payment was done I was informed that my order no #12424 have been processed and that the products selected will be shipped in approxmiately 10days. I asked them why so delay, to that they said Sir we are filledup with huge orders and that products are being delivered as per their availibility. I agreed. i called them after 10days to enquire about my products, then to my ultimate shock i was informed that I had participated in a contest and that the results will be out on 11th July and if i win then the products will be delivered to me. I was really angry but they said all detail was written in check box before making paryment. I said them i donot wish to purchase but they said refund not possible i have to buy something.However today when I was trying to buy the product I was not able to use my Reward point.I tired to call the customer care but no one is picking the phone.So 4 month have passed I either want my money back or want the product which I have selected in the order list to to use by reward point to purchase the product. This site is all fraud and someone should do something about the, If the Consumer forum is looking into this then Please help us as these guys have robbed my money and I would like to do anything to bring them to bars.

Last three month trying my refund of money but these people are refund my cancle order Rs.24088 they only refund Rs.15000 in three installment after that they not refund any money to me. I have list of member shoppingnsaving company fraud from these people. Regards, Ramesh [protected]

I was furious and tried speaking to their Service person who had called me then Mr Vishal claiming to be the Senious manager. but he never came back online. after 11th July i was informed that i could not be selected as winner and that my Rs. 4000/- has been listed back as rewards points and i can purchase anything against these rewards points. I said them i donot wish to purchase but they said refund not possible i have to buy something. I then tried selecting some products and to my surprise the products which are offered under rewards scheme are such 3rd grade products and ontop the price is extremely high. and only 10% of my rewards points can be used. This site is all fraud and someone should do something about the, If the Consumer forum is looking into this then Please help us as these guys have robbed my money and i would like to do anything to bring them to bars.

DEAR TEAM This is to bring it to your notice that WWW.SHOPPINGNSAVING.COM is a fraud site it give false information on the telephone saying that we are running flate 80% discounts on the electronics . which is not the actual case. after making payment they will inform us that this is a lucky draw contest and will take atleast a month for the draw ( about the contest they do not inform at first) after that they will convert the amount in to reward points which we can utilise only on the selected product. there employees Mr.Kumar, Nida, Salim, Rizwan, Amit are all fraud with the fraud site There response to call and email is really a slow pain which never gets connected and replied Mr.amit is Abusive Never Buy or do anykind of transaction From WWW.SHOPPINGNSAVING.COM because this is a fraud site if you wish to hear bad words and loose your money then you can go ahead

Dear All, Please come togheter, if your money matters to you . I had booked order with them on 10th June, 2015 till date neither i had received my product, neither i had received my refund. All of them are fraud and they want to make big scams . They are cheating to so many every day from different part of india. this people are making many on the name of this fake website. NON RECEIPT OF ORDERED ITEM- ORDER NO.7539 and 7548 Sir, I placed order for 01 laptop of Rs 1999 and one i-pad of Rs.999 on 19 may 15 against the above Order number and the money was also deducted from my account. When I paid the amount at the time of placing the order I had received the message that my item would be delivered in next seven days . Where as, till now, I have not received the item. Kindly look into this to deliver my item in time. When contacted the complaint cell, I was informed that it was a CONTEST AND your name didn't came in contest .so will not get the products. but at the time of shopping they told me that for company promotion we are selling on offer price and once you purchased your product will be delivered in next seven days. i have all the conversation recording . .Till date, i.e. 01 Aug 15, I have not received the item. I got a call from one mobile number (which i have with all the voice recordings) and she requested me to buy a product from this shoppingnsaving.com which is supposed to be delivered within 7 days and they offered me the price of tablets and laptops with Rs.999 or Rs.1999 respectively which i could see on their website also. I could not believe on this price but upon asking they said that we are just promoting our website. Other companies do spend million of rs. for advertisement and here, they are just providing some products to some buyer. Then i asked for COD then they replied COD cannot be done as some customers just make joke and they dont want to have the product then i got convinced with their replies and agreed to place the order. Actually there was a team and till the time i placed the order, i at least received 3-4 calls from a number and all the time, different person was talking. Actually these guys are fully trained to do this fraud with customers over the call.. During the last call, I placed the order and I received the email with Order ID: #4130 but it was showing he order status as pending, then i queried that guy about this pending status but he said that you will receive the product within 7 days but i didn't receive the product even after one month. Then I started trying call on their fake numbers available on website:[protected], [protected], [protected] but nobody receives these numbers. Then i started following them through emails where they replied that you have received the Reward Points of this much of amount which was not informed at the time of purchasing the product for which I am supposed to purchase any product on our website then i asked them to transfer that money back to my account but they refused and said its not possible. I could not understand this as there are other websites also like jabong, myntra etc, on which you can anytime ask them to credit your amount back from their credits and its very much possible. As amount was less, I thought i should not waste much time then i tried to buy something from their website with this much of item but at the time of payment i am being able to redeem the reward point. And you cannot get any help from this website as all the available numbers and everything is fake.. First time, i saw IVR of toll free is coming as switched off. What the non sense system of our country where this kind of fraud websites still available on internet and we still didn't take any action against this. But if i didn't get a solution within 2 days, I will definitely go to file the case against this website and now, i can spend more than 10 times of the money which i paid on this website but will not let them cheat and fraud anymore as there are so many innocent customers are in India and this kind of website are definitely doing this fraud with them also. Hello, Friend I also participate in shoppingnsaving.com contest. Unfortunately I not winner in the contest. When I asked him return my cash, then suggestion me that if you want to purchase any from in your reward point, then purchased. After this I purchased product and they delivered me to within 4 days. Site working and comment is good. But some peoples are not satisfy of it, . I am happy to shoppingnsaving.com properly work and new product.

Dear all, I am follow up last two month my payment of order cancel order no.8734 Rs.24088 against only receive only Rs.15000 in three installment balance 9088 pending. Respected Sir, I got a call on 26/06/2015 of shoppingnsaving agent He told me they are saling electronic products on 90% discount this offer is for limited one day .As this is the new site we are sailing product in low rate to publish our website .He had shared the website link on my cell also told me the process to book the product.I have ordered Three product against the order no 13096, 13100&13106.when I called them to know the status of my order on their number toll free no [protected] and [protected]/35 they are not responding .Further I have checked and found this site fake .There business is to make people fuel on call . This is a fraud site, ​I got a call from this site on 27/06/2015 saying that there is a special offer going on for all electronics product only for today with rupees 999 and 1999.They also assured me that order will be deliver with 7 to 10 days.​I have placed to order with order no 13297, 13301 it is not deliver even several call and email.​ I am calling daily and few of the people are picking the call such as Cherian, Rajiv, Rohit and saying they will resolve the issue within the end of day. it is happing since 20 days and still the order status is same. I have also written 15 emails to shoppingnsaving.com but no response from them as well. These people are simply cheating to customer.Now I am going to lodge a FIR, such type of site shoud be baned and legal actiion should be taken.Please do not place any order in this site. This is completely fraud site.

I had paid money for product Rs. 5997/- Order No. 10339 Dated 10th June, 2015 Cheated me for money and so many of our indian brothers and sisters. Product not delivered to us Promised me on written email from their end Mr. Rohit Shingh for refund in 2 Installments . But no refund till date No product till date They had stopped pick up my phone. All are male executives that shown the fake company of group of people cheating to so many to make money in short time. Every day i am calling them they are disconnecting my phone. This company is fraud they call people and give wrong information stating that just pay rs1999 and you can buy products on hevay discount but when we call them they say sir your name us not selected but u can purchase another product. If we ask for re fund they say that they can't give they openly cheating people plz take some action against them

I received a call from ‘Shopping N Saving’ on May 10 2015. The representative informed as they are offering each product available on your website for either the price of 999/- or 1999/- (INR) because today is “Sunday ka Funda”. He did not inform as this is a quiz and I will have to wait for the quiz result. I called to your customer care number[protected] to verify before placing the order and even they did not confirm about the quiz instead they informed you will receive the product within 7-15 days. I placed the order on the same day. In order to track the order, I called you guys again after few days and then I was informed as this was a quiz and I’ve to wait till the result comes. I asked if I can cancel the order, they mentioned as you cannot cancel the order once it is made. It is the same information provided to me by Rohit Singh (Supervisor) via email. Moreover, I had to wait and as I knew, my name was not there in winning list. I was provided reward point of 2998/- and asked to purchase ANY product within same price range. But, when I tried to place order for products of my choice (sns4505, sns2235 & sns2416), I got the message as I can only redeem 999 rewards point in one go which is NOT at all acceptable. I raised this point and they offered me to purchase something else which I do not want. Please refer to email chain (from [protected]@gmail.con), I did not receive any answer yet. I called again on July 13, 2015 and discussed with “Cherian George & Sanjeev Mishra” but they disconnected the call once they go through with my issue and I asked for supervisor. I sent a registered postal mail to their HO at "Office # 202, 12th Floor, Ramana Enclave, Thirdman, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad" which is returned to me 2 days ago it means their Head Office is NOT real.

I received a call form shoppingnsaving.com on dated 08.05.2015 at 2.30 pm huge sale on electronic item. The person with mobile number +91 [protected] called Abhishek. He kept on calling that Mobile and laptop will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer. And other home appliances products will be available at Rs. 999. After repeated call and checking the website, I paid the money. I was told the product will reach in 7 days. When I now try to call no one responds and no communication from company. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. No one responds.Its complete fraud. There registered address (Hyderabad) does not exists. There are 3 FIR has been lodged against this copany. Such company and website should be immediately banned. They are fraud and action should be initiated. Shoppingnsaving.com is not a real company. Its a scam. They make calls from [protected] telling consumer about there sale. Thier website has products ranging Rs.999 and Rs.1999. I have made a payment of rs 8895 with order no. 5698, 5704, 5705, 5715 and 5719 respectively. Nothing has been delivered. No response on their customer care number[protected]. I have made that payment by credit card and I receive a mail from there end stating that the product has been confirmed but till date no product has been delivered. Its a total fraud.
