I got a call from shoopingnsaving.com, their telephonic representative told me they are launching online e commerce website in which they are offer 80 to 90 % off on selective item, I checked it from there customer care number & website and it also had same information, so i buy three item from their website order number 5698, 5704, 5705, 5715, 5719. Till date I have neither received any product from them nor they are returning the money. When I try to get information of my product they told me you are in participant in draw when you win then your product will be delivered to you. I have series of phone recording of their calls. After police complaint i told them return my amount they refused to return it and say if you not won this amount will be on your shoppingnsaving account. This company is totally misguiding and cheating customers. Please be aware of their fraud.

I had ordered Philips Airfryer on 2nd July 2015 and still not yet received. All their contact numbers don't work when tried to call. I have already paid through credit card. I have mailed to u for refund the money to respective person but shoppingn saving company not given refund yet already pass given date on 20th July 2015.shopping n saving company taken order below all person but they not delivered the product not refund the money.Please people be aware from like these fraud by this company. On dated 04.07.15 i have received at least 12 to 15 times call from these nos. [protected], 22, 35 stating that you are frequent online buyers and you are selected as a special customer as we have just launch new site of online purchase and special offer running for very short period wherein we offer various electronics products to some selected customer as a launching events. Till that time I was not aware of this site at all.On continue phone only he has told me to visit the site and ask me to select the products. When I have visited site and he has guide me to select "Contest" section i have inquired that i do not want to go ahead and do not want to participate in any of such type purchase. The person name Salim and Rahul were follow like any thing and assured me that this is for special customer and also given me their contact no. [protected] to assure me like any thing. I have tried on these nos. on which they were replying with assurance that whatever product you select is been delivered to you within 6 to 7 days. On continuation phone he has guide me to make registration with my email id, I have received a registration message also. On their assurance I have trusted and selected Whirlpool MW 25 BG 25 L Grill Microwave Oven(Black), Model : sns5456, qty. :1 Rs.999.00 +Rs. 300.00 shipping charges = Rs. 1299.00 paid through my Cr. card as it was mandatory. My order No. Is 13890 dated 04.07.2015.Also I have confirmed with the same guy on next day, inform him that i have not received any order confirmation, at that time also he has confirm that rest assure your product will be delivered within 7 days. Even after i have not received any confirmation message on my mail id for order confirmation after 3, 4 days i have started calling them on their customer care no [protected] . My order details are visible in my account on their site but no further process is shown. After 2, 3 times they have informed me that you read terms and condition, you have entered in " contest " for which every month draw will be held on 10th or 11th. I have asked where is the terms and condition, he has told that it is on the home page in below portion in BLACK portion in GENERAL Manner. When i have read the same it was very confusing and shocking not been understandable by layman or customer. To understand these terms someone require expert legal opinion.Under General terms and condition one or two condition of Contest is there. It is totally illegal and trapped for customer. They mention that there will be no refund but money will be deposit as a reward point in your account for which you have to purchase any product from their site only. This is clear way of looting the customer. More shocking news come to me when I come to know from telephone conversation that my entry will be eligible for draw in next month. This is smart way of bluffing innocent customer and making money. Immediately i have apply for product returning / refund where in I have mention that i want my money back as i have been falsely promised and mislead by your so called sales trapper, i do not want to enter in any of the contest. My Return id is #337 dated 09.07.15. This is very surprise and pathetic that on any of their contact nos. proper and responsible reply is not available as well as no responsible authority is available. Only one person name Mr. Amit singh having personal No. [protected] is speaking sensible and telling that wail but till date No positive result. Pls. note that at the time of selecting product and paying the amount there is no message or instruction showing to customer that this is contest product and you will be given the products only if you will be selected in draw as well as your draw date is so and so. How come they are totally misguide and bluff to customer . With immediate effect license of such on liner and looters has to be cancel and they should be BAN from such Mal practices. this guys called me with number [protected] and told me that they are selling products with discount to get a name and get publicity. i paid 4000/- and after my second mail i am not getting any response from this mail and phone number as well. this is fraud site and they are cheating people like any thing. My order no is #14512. i ordered on 12.7.2015 and they said after 7days i will get my products, but they not all responding.

I received a call form shoppingnsaving.com on dated 08.05.2015 at 2.30 pm huge sale on electronic item. The person with mobile number +91 [protected] called Abhishek. He kept on calling that Mobile and laptop will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer. And other home appliances products will be available at Rs. 999. After repeated call and checking the website, I paid the money. I was told the product will reach in 7 days. When I now try to call no one responds and no communication from company. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. No one responds.Its complete fraud. There registered address (Hyderabad) does not exists. There are 3 FIR has been lodged against this copany. Such company and website should be immediately banned. They are fraud and action should be initiated. on 8th May 2015, I got a promotional call from sales person of www.shoppingnsaving.com. They said that as they announced a promotional offer with vary low prices. I checked there over the website and found the prices are actually very low. We called them back on website customer care [protected] to confirm if it is not Fraud or any type of contest. They confirmed that it is not any contest and items will be deliver with in 7-10 days of placing of order. I proceeded as per the instruction of Sales person Abhishek and placed three order with them Order number 5698, 5704 and 5705 and 5719, 5723 and 5737. Now after talking with their senior Mr. Rajiv (Team Leader) he told that it is a contest and if our name will be selected in draw only then we will got the item else they will issue us some gift voucher to buy any other items from their website. We told them that their sales person did not mentioned anything about contest and confirmed that goods will be delivered with in 7-10 days. He said sorry about this mis-communication and offered that if we want this can be cancelled now. We immediately ask for refund of money and cancellation of order. He confirmed that as it takes 48 hours to money get credited into their account so it will be refunded after that. On the same time we send a mail to them on customer care email id [protected]@shoppingnsaving.com. also asking for cancellation of order and refund of money. Now 2 months after also they neither they have responded not confirmed about refund of money. We all felt that they are making a fool of loot of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them. This Online Portal executive calls random people and speak about the offers available on their sites.They claim that 90% discount will be waived off on all electronic Products, i saw something fishy and asked them whether this products are available on COD ? Then executive has hanged up the call. All my friends this website is dupe and will make you fool . Do not fall in their Trap I got a call from this number [protected]. When you lift call from this number, so many executive will talk to you. Beware

Then he told me there is not discount offer going on, its lucky draw” I am shocked to realizing that I got fooled so I told him to cancel my order & refund my money. Executive told me that they can’t refund money but they will give me reward point instead of refund. I told them that is not my mistake, your sales people misguide me so cancel my order & refund my money, then he told me that he have to talk with their seniors about this matter After 2 days again I called customer care executive about my refund process but he told me his senior is out of town so wait. After that day I called their executives several time about my complaint but they repeated same answer. One day your executive told me our contest result will declare soon so your refund process after contest result. On 11 th I got 2 mail from your site about my order not selected as lucky winner so you will get reward points as per your purchase I was surprised when I came to know their products were more costly than other website Then again I called executive & told him I didn’t find anything which I want to buy so he told me you can tell us any product which you want to buy we will make it. I told them I am interested in Purchasing Internal HDD so make it available but last 15 days they didn’t added Internal HDD in stock Now they didn’t responding to my mails, I feel that they are making a fool of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them force them to buy their expensive products. When the product did not reach after 30 days, I called their CC no. again, this time they said it was a contest and yours hard luck u could not win. Now your money will be converted into reward points, and you can purchase products on this website with these reward points. I was surprised when I came to know their products were more costly than other website...and u could redeem these reward points only partially for a product you purchase, I feel that they are making a fool of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them. The person with mobile number +91 [protected] called ( Person call name - Amit). He kept on calling that laptop/Mobile etc. will be available at Rs.1999 ( My loosing amt - Rs.4300) as special offer and launching offer for today before 6 pm. After repeated call and checking the website, they pamper me to paid the money, and giving me reason to for that advertisement need high expenses so company decided to distribute the same amount of money to client directly ( Discount offer on gadgets ). He told explain to how to pay money directly and convene to its all authorize system n all Channel partner HDFC bank) . Conforming to product will reach in 7 days. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. No one responds.Its complete fraud . I am planning to put a complaint with Local police ( Banjara Hill Police station), based on Payment track and order number # 13588. Such company and website should be immediately banned. Beware they are true frauds i got a call from [protected] on 6 may 2015 and the fellow told me that there is a huge offer on the electronics items on our new shopping website and we giving offers to get an lever with other shopping site. that fellow redirect me to the website and compel me to do shopping as they told this offer ends within 1 hour. i purchased 2 items worth 3998 via order no #5363. and i make payment through SBI online. after the payment that fellow disconnect the phone and when i re try to call on the same no that is always engage. they are real fraud and more then 50 victim for the same above is in my contact. kindly close the website as they not able to make another victims emil id- aks.[protected]@gmail.com
