Dear Sir, With very disappointingly i am writing to you that i am cheated by a fraud website http://www.shoppingnsaving.com (Shoppingnsaving.com, Dealer Rohit Singh, Address 202, 12th floor Ramana Enclave, 3rd Main, Banjara Hills, City :Hyderabad, ZipCode :500034) and regarding this i already filed a complaint with http://core.nic.in (Complaint ID: 162510.3.2015), but there is no any action taken by your consumer forum department and everyday this website cheating peoples my friends also get cheated by this website, now it is humble request that kindly look into the matter and take serious action against this website. The process of Cheating is given below: 1. These people calling and forcing to buy electronic items from website at Rs 1999 2. when payment complete they not sending any items.. 3. on call they making fool by telling that you was not selected in draw. 4. they telling that Rs 1999 credited in your reward point 5. now purchase items and minus the reward 6. when purchaseing reward point not going to deducted.. 7. there is no response from their side..

Without doubt, Shoppingnsaving.com is one of the popular online shopping portals in India. And it offers some of best and premium brands for both Men and Women at discounted price. I have been shopping from Shoppingnsaving.com since late, and till date my experience with Shoppingnsaving.com has been wonderful and satisfactory.

On 27 May’2015 I got a promotional call from sales person of www.shoppingnsaving.com. They said that as flipkart announced a promotional offer with very low price similarly they www.shoppingnsaving.com have also promotional offer of many items with very low prices. We checked there over the website and found the prices are actually very low under the Tab contest. We called them back on website customer care [protected] to confirm if it is not Fraud or any type of contest. They confirmed that it is not any contest and items will be delivering within 7-10 days of placing of order or if you want delivery one or two day it will be extra charge Rs.100.(Flat Shipping Rate). We proceeded as per the instruction of Sales person and placed three products order with them order ID.8787 Dated 27.05.2015 And Pay online Payment Rs.6097.00 After that just to confirm we again called them back for some additional query as we placed multiple items in order number 8787 as group. Now after talking with their senior Mr. Rohit Singh (Team Leader) he told that it is a contest and if our name will be selected in draw only then we will got the item else they will issue us some gift voucher to buy any other items from their website. We told them that their sales person did not mentioned anything about contest and confirmed that goods will be delivered within 7-10 days. He said sorry about this mis-communication and offered that if we want this can be cancelled now. We immediately ask for refund of money and cancellation of order. He confirmed that as it takes 48 hours to money get credited into their account so it will be refunded after that. Also asking for cancellation of order and refund of money. Now 2 days after also they neither they have responded not confirmed about refund of money. We all felt that they are making a fool of loot of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them. Please do the needful and help us to get our money back to our bank account. He kept on calling that Asus laptop will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer. After repeated call and checking the website, I paid the money. I was told the product will reach in 7 days. When I now try to call no one responds and no communication from company. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. No one responds.Its complete fraud.I am planning to put a complaint with Local police, based on Payment track and order number #9714. Such company and website should be immediately banned. I have purchased HCL Laptop on 30th March 2015 from Shoppingnsaving.com. Due to I have received a phone call from shoppingnsaving.com & asked me only for today there is a scheme you can buy electronic products with cheaper price. Cash on delivery option is not available. after one month they asked me you will get rewards point against payment made. then you can use reward point for purchasing any product with the same price. please help. They refund only rs. 6000 told me every week they will transfer the money but i did not received the money every day i follow up but they giving me dates & date.
