Even today i also received a call from Shoppingnsaving.com, then after me and my friend purchase a online laptop (Rs- 1, 999) and mobile (Rs-1, 999), the total is became Rs- 18, 000/- within 6 people. And all payment was done by credit card of HDFC Bank. 1. Order no- 11636, Rs- 6097/- 2. Order no- 11668, Rs- 1999/- 3. Order No- 11652, Rs- 3998/- 4. Order no-, Rs- 6097/- I request you to Shoppingnsaving we don’t want your product and refund our total money immediate as it is fraud company. If you not refund our money then i decide to complaint of your company in cyber cell, consumer forum as i had already logged a complaint in Mumbai Police and they start the action against you. This is to bring in your notice that I had placed an order of Canon PowerShot SX170 IS Advanced Point & Shoot Camera(Black) having Order No. 1173 on dated 31st March, 2015. After that I get changed the product with Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP1 Digital Camera - Black against the same order no. through customer executive on voice call. I was not aware about that contest. In fact, before placing the order I had confirmed with their customer executives regarding the deal. They also didn't disclose that this is a contest and you will get the product if you got selected otherwise paid amount of Rs. 1, 999 will be credited in your shoppingnsaving account in form of reward points. However, reward points have been credited in shoppingnsaving account which can be used for conditionally shopping only. So many times, I approached them through mail/call for the same but not yet responded even a single time. A final reminder letter regarding refund has also been dispatched to shoppingnsaving address mentioned over web portal by speed post but it returned due to insufficient address. I would not be the only victim of this. There may be so many victim but they may not be approached them for the same. They are making people fool. They should do clear the things to people. Your urgent attention is required to stop this fraud in future. So I request kindly take the necessary and immediate action in this regard.

There was a lady named Neha called us & pushing us to a deal of mobile cost 1999/- The link of that mobile is ‘http://www.shoppingnsaving.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=64&produc...⇄ My wife & mother was not aware of such website, so they asked me to purchase that mobile & on other hand the customer care person Neha & Rahul was making pressure on us that the deal is going to close very soon so do an immediate payment. On asking some basic query, the Rahul said that due to website promotion they are giving this offer & within 7 days we will get the order. On 5-6 calls which was about 1 hr of time frame they were trying to be online with us & maintaining the pressure. As soon as I had made the payment they told us that they will dispatch the item by tomorrow. By following with them for next two days they did not give us the courier docket no. to us. On third day they told us the deal was actually a contest & on winning only than we can get the offer. Later after reading terms & condition, we came to know that the we are supposed to get the amount to be credited to the shopping cart, but till today the same also not been credited.. I received a call today from shoppingnsaving.com, the person on the other side told me, there is limited period offer on various electronic items on there website. Thus I logged on and bought products of Rs.12000. When I informed about the same to one of friend, I was told, it is a fraud company. She kept on calling that Asus laptop will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer. After so many calls and checking the website, I paid the money. I was told the product will reach in 7 days. When I Calling the call centre, there is no response from their end. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. Do not get caught with their lucrative offers. The address given in the website (registered office) is totally fake. Once you make an online payment with you card, you will see many unauthorized transactions taking place via your card. You will never receive any product from them. There has been 4 FIR in mumbai and Delhi against this company. The parent company of this website (Online merchant name) is Kaikarusa.

After taking so many follow ups from Customer Support, I didn't got any response from them. Neither the item has been delivered nor the payment has been refunded. These is to inform you that we have met with an fraudness from shoppingnsaving end their empolyee whose contact no [protected] on 1st June 2015. Their volunteer have called us at 10.33 am and have asked us to open url i.e www.shoppingnsaving.com, he have committed that if you choose any product from contest you will get that product in 999 or 1999, and which will be dispatch from their end within 3 days and will get delivery wihin 7 days . Hello Sir, on 02 june 2015 got a promotional call from sales person of www.shoppingnsaving.com. They said that as flipcart announced a promotional offer with vary low price similarly they www.shoppingnsaving.com have also promotional offer of many items with very low prices. We checked there over the website and found the prices are actually very low under the Tab contest. We called them back on website customer care [protected] to confirm if it is not Fraud or any type of contest. They confirmed that it is not any contest and items will be deliver with in 7 days of placing of order. We proceeded as per the instruction of Sales person and placed two order with them 9646 and 9664. After that just to confirm we again called them back for some additional query as we placed multiple items in order number 350 as group. Now after talking with their senior Mr. amitkumar singh (Team Leader) he told that it is a contest and if our name will be selected in draw only then we will got the item else they will issue us some gift voucher to buy any other items from their website. We told them that their sales person did not mentioned anything about contest and confirmed that goods will be delivered with in 7 days. He said sorry about this mis-communication and offered that if we want this can be cancelled now. We immediately ask for refund of money and cancellation of order. He said call in customer care tomorrow and we will discussed out senior and reply back will tomorrow so need your help for this matter.
