I have purchase three order from www.shoppingnsaving.com but product not delivered upto till date.order id 1229, 1230, 1231 7 payment done through my hdfc bank credit card. payment deducted but product is not delivered upto till date also contact to customer care but they not responding. please delivered product to refund my payment.

I make to order on this site on 25th April, 2015 order no. was 3159, but after some days I realised like there is something wrong I made return request on 2nd May 2015 Return Id. # 74 & 75 . but till date I don't get my money back.its completely fraud website.

Hi friends dont buy anything in shoppingnsaving.com, if you buy anything in this website your going to trauble even you dont get any product and they dont respond any of your quaries, how gov allow this type of online sites cant understand

i got call from shoppingnsaving.com named rahul.he said that our website has launched this type of offers in electronic products.he said that this offer is launched for the sake of webite popularity and for the increase in google rating.then i got a doubt is this a genuine website or a fake one.then he said all the trusted legal things.then i ordered a laptop, mobile and a camera the worth of 36k but i got only for 5k.then i ordered then i got a mail to my email address that i provided to the website.but the delivery was late i got my product after 11 days.i rally thank Mr.Rahul and shoppingnsaving.com for giving me this offers.but i suggest you guys to solve the delivery problem.

My complain is I am paying for Rs. 2000/- in your contest for Sony Mobile but that there are no any reply from your side and no refund my Rs. or no any purchase from your site then what I can do for my Rs. 2000/- suggest me. or Refund my Rs.

He kept on calling that laptop & mobile will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer. After repeated call and checking the website, and not told me for contest I paid the money.After that they told me if you didn't won the contest you would get your money into reward point and you I was told the product will reach in 7 days. When I now try to call no one responds and no communication from company. I have been calling the company for the product or refund. No one responds.Its complete fraud. order number #6448. Dear Sir, I received a call from shoppingnsaving.com, they convinced me to buy some items order number 5626 (Rs. 4997), however no items was delivered and also no rewards points created, , , however their relationship manager promised refund if i remove the complaint form consumercomplaint which is not possible as per the admin, , so I marked this resolved however shoppingnsaving.com guys seems to be not convinced and so far nor response. Hence I am filing another complaint. Kindly arrange for refund.

I had done shopping of Rs.5, 997.00 for laptop and 2 Mobile. As per earlier communication they told me that it was sale now they are telling its a contest and once you are selected for that then they will deliver else they provide cash voucher. It was big fraud, I told them to cancel my order and return my money. They are now telling that its not possible before the contest is over. I am planning to make a complain about this website as I had recording of there customer executive which they pitch me prior to order and after the order. I also request to all the people who affected through the same fraud to logged the complain and for evidence call me.

Hi, I placed and order for 3 laptops and 1 tablet. Amount paid for the transaction is 6996rs. I have the same issue as they are not picking up my calls. It's clear that they are fraud. Hello, I've order an laptop and my Order ID: #1198 and after that i got to know that it's a contest and the customer support executive didn't tell me that it's a contest and they miss guide me. After that they told me that if you didn't won the contest you would get your money into reward point and you can buy anything from our website using this reward point. Since i got reward point after the result announced but still i can't use reward point so i called into the customer care no. After so many tried they didn't pick up the call so i dropped mail and they told me into the mail that you can use reward point after 20th April. on 21st April 2015 i tried to buy product but facing the same problem that there is no option to pay through reward point and i called there customer support service they didn't respond and put my call on hold for 25 minutes after getting frustrating i disconnect the call. and now on 22nd April i tried once again and got the same response..

After many calls seller recieved my call and now he is saying you have to participate in some context and refused to cancel the order or refund my money. I gott a call from this company for mega sale in rs 999 and 1999.they insist me to buy producy.also said you buy only three product maximum. i paid rs 4000/- for two itmes. He asked me to open their website i.e. www.shoppingnsaving.com and took me to the URL from where one can buy gadgets at 80% to 90% discount. I ordered following items: 1. Samsung Galaxy A3 SM-A300HZWDINS SM-A300HZWDINU(Pearl White) @ Rs. 1999/- (Order No. 5426) On these orders it was confirmed to me that i shall receive the above items with 7 working days and there is no other term or condition bound with the order. Today upon exploring on Internet i found very bad image of the company as they do not deliver the ordered goods and make fake excuses afterwards. So i want my hard earned money to be given back.
