I received a call form +91 [protected] shoppingnsaving.com on dated 06.05.2015 regarding huge sale on electronic item. They mentioned that they are calling personally to get higher sales other than flipkart and other sites. They convinced me to buy two products, also, they convinced me to convey this to others also and because of this we total four persons spent 16k just imagine on to the products. I asked for cash on delivery system but they asked me to do the online payment then and there. They are so smart, they have already made a fake site to convince people and right away they asked us to register on their site and made payment. It was a huge loss. Also, they dont have any return policy which also conveys that they are really fraud. When i called on their customer care no., They are so bad in responding and put my phone on hold for 30mins just imagine.I was told the product will reach in 7 days. Its complete fraud.I am planning to put a complaint with Local police, based on Payment track and order number #5363. Such company and website should be immediately banned. I was getting back to back calls for visiting the site shoppingnsaving.com and buy the product like laptop, mobile, kitchen appliances etc. I visited the site and purchased 2 products by transferring Rs.4000.00 but they are not ready to dispatch these products to me neither they are responding my calls. My order no is 5314 request you to please take immediate action against such fraud company. I want to get my money back. Kindly help.

I placed the order for 1 items listed on their site and made online payment of Rs.1999, my order no is #4757. Thereafter i have been calling up and following on the delivery and they informed me that I had participant in contest and if i win i will be delivered the products that i ordered. I told them that nothing is mentioned about the same on their website buying pages, you just mention sale and customer can buy these product, then i told him return my amount they refused to return it and say if you not won this amount will be on your shoppingnsaving account. Then I confirmed it from there customer care number he also told me the same information. The tele marketing person guided me thru their website and ask me to navigate thru a web page tage as contest. Thereafter i have been calling up and following on the delivery and they informed me that I had participant in contest and if i win i will be delivered the products that i ordered. hi all, i am planning to file a case against them on local police, because i got information from my advocate frind he told me that if 4 - 5 people cheated by same procedure you can log a complaint in cyber cell,

I got a call from one of their representative selling me electronics items at 90% discount however wanted me to purchase in 30 min otherwise the offer would become invalid. Before making a purchase, I checked the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the policy says something else.When I enquired about the same with the rep, he disconnected the call and not picking the call even. I would advice all the buyers to not to entertain any such calls and to check all the terms and conditions before putting your money.

Dear, On 23rd may one of their executive called and said about 90% off on their shopping site, so for the same bought a mobile with order no. 540 and after that when i called that guy basically it is contest but we will provide u the product and u have to wait for it till 11th April, after 11 received email from shoopingnsavving site that u are not a winner and we are giving u the same amount of reward points that u can use it after 20th April. Now I am not able to use that reward points...plese resolve this issue

Hello, i've order an laptop and my order no. is 347 and after that i got to know that it's a contest and the customer support executive didn't tell me that it's a contest and they miss guide me. after that they told me that if you didn't won the contest you would get your money into reward point and you can buy anything from our website using this reward point. Since i got reward point after the result announced but still i can't use reward point so i called into the customer care no. after so many tried they didn't pick up the call so i droped mail and they told me into the mail that you can use reward point after 20th april. on 21st April 2015 i tried to buy product but facing the same problem that there is no option to pay through reward point and i called there customer support service they didn't respond and put my call on hold for 25 minutes after getting frustrating i disconnect the call. and now on 22nd april i tried once again and got the same response..

Hello Sir, on 17 March my Co-worker Mr. Mukesh got a promotional call from sales person of http://www.shoppingnsaving.com. They said that as flipcart announced a promotional offer with vary low price similarly they ( http://www.shoppingnsaving.com) have also promotional offer of many items with very low prices. We checked there over the website and found the prices are actually very low under the Tab contest. We called them back on website customer care [protected] to confirm if it is not Fraud or any type of contest. They confirmed that it is not any contest and items will be deliver with in 7-10 days of placing of order. We proceeded as per the instruction of Sales person and placed three order with them 347, 350 and 351. After that just to confirm we again called them back for some additional query as we placed multiple items in order number 350 as group. Now after talking with their senior Mr. Rajiv (Team Leader) he told that it is a contest and if our name will be selected in draw only then we will got the item else they will issue us some gift voucher to buy any other items from their website. We told them that their sales person did not mentioned anything about contest and confirmed that goods will be delivered with in 7-10 days. He said sorry about this mis-communication and offered that if we want this can be cancelled now. We immediately ask for refund of money and cancellation of order. He confirmed that as it takes 48 hours to money get credited into their account so it will be refunded after that. On the same time we send a mail to them on customer care email id [protected]@shoppingnsaving.com. also asking for cancellation of order and refund of money. Now 2 days after also they neither they have responded not confirmed about refund of money. We all felt that they are making a fool of loot of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them. Please do the needful and help us to get our money back to our bank account. Hello All, Well planned fraud from them. Calling as they are promoting new company - the list of items on website - which are available at cheaper price ( 20% of original) - includes laptops, mobiles and so on. Asking you to pay for the amount thru CC and the item will reach your place in 10 days. After making payment - you come to know that you have not actually bought product - but you have taken part in an contest where there will be only one winner by end of the month and the payment done will be converted to reward points to buy any product from the website So this is nothing but forced buying - they rejected any claim of refunds. Strictly NO for any shopping from this website.

i had received repeated call on 29th March, saying that u have been given an offer to purchase reputed electronic product in less amount. he even did not tell me that its a contest else we wouldn't have ordered any item.now, When i called them they told me to wait till 11 apr and now its 17, they have not processed the order, also not giving refund. my order num is 1002.

They misguided me that u will get the products in 999 and 1999 and the product will be delivered within 7 days. When enquired about the product they told me that it is a contest and if i am not be winner they will transfer my payment Rs 1999 in my shopping account and i have to buy some products through them. I am feeling cheated and i have audio telephonic talk with there representative as a proof that what i was committed. Kindly help me.

Guys please be alert with this fraud company. When you will purchase no any one receive your call or reply for message. And please be note this is contest, when you will win then you can get but these fraud guys not told you about such type of terms and condition. And no single personal in India are against for this. Hello, I have purchased product on 3rd April 2015. Product description and order details are below with this mail. My concern is your sells executive call me from [protected] on 3rd April at 11:11 AM call duration was 8.23 minutes, I have available recording of his call. He told me my sites "shoppingnsaving.com" is a online shopping site like flipkart and snapdeal. It is offering a sale for 30 mins 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM if you will purchase product within this period then you can get this product with mentioned price. But I have doubt, so I have asked too many times why this sites give me offer then he again repeat this is marketing advertisement. I have purchased product On Fri, Apr 3, 2015 at 11:26 AM. Again I have got call from [protected] on 3rd April at 11:39 AM call duration was 6.27 minutes. Again he told me you will get product. Then I have search about your site on google, I have totally afraid that I loose my 999 re because your site rating is negative. Again I have called in evening he told me you will get product with in 10 days. Today (7th April 2015) I thought try to call on [protected] and then the person said about contest. Then I socked.
