I have purchased product on 3rd April 2015. Product description and order details are below with this mail. My concern is your sells executive call me from [protected] on 3rd april at 11:11 AM call duration was 8.23 minutes, I have available recording of his call. He told me my sites "shoppingnsaving.com" is a online shopping site like flipkart and snapdeal. It is offering a sale for 30 mins 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM if you will purchase product within this period then you can get this product with mentioned price. But I have doubt, so I have asked too many times why this sites give me offer then he again repeat this is marketing advertisement. I have purchased product On Fri, Apr 3, 2015 at 11:26 AM. Again I have got call from [protected] on 3rd April at 11:39 AM call duration was 6.27 minutes. Again he told me you will get product. Then I have search about your site on google, I have totally afraid that I loose my 999 re because your site rating is negative. Again I have called in evening he told me you will get product with in 10 days. Today (7th April 2015) I thought try to call on [protected] and then the person said about contest. Then I socked. Now I am thinking I have to go consumer court.

My experience with shoppingnsaving.com was really good for the ten products, but I had also ordered twelve. There was no update on the last two for more than a week. So, I wrote to them inquiring the status. I got a reply saying they were too sorry but they were too overwhelmed with the response! Is that another way of saying they were understaffed?

Two days later, I wrote back asking if there was an update. I got exactly the same mail. I waited a day and wrote back requesting them to deliver the products. Just to emphasize how serious I was, I also put in a small post script that if they were unable to deliver, I will like to be refunded. I got a single line reply that a refund has been forwarded.

http://shoppingnsaving.com/ is my regular daily deal website. Gradually, it has evolved into a complete e-commerce store. I had bought a few deals before it has very genuine quality products on website.

ShoppingnSaving.com is DHOKADHARI & FRAUD. Guys ShoppingnSaving.com is fraud online Shopping company. They are duping customers. Do not get trapped.Beware... The phone [protected] and [protected] are also fraud and with no response. Beware of these FRAUDS and CHEATERS...SHOPPINGNSAVING

Same experience with me as well i have also paid 999 and got cheated. Now the mobile number [protected] has says all calls are bared. But it is our fault to have fallen prey without knowing anything about them. I think I have lost my money...my order no. is 709 dated march 25 2015.

I also have received a call today regarding these offers... I was totally surprised, I was having doubt on it so checked reviews in google.. IT IS COMPELETELY FRAUD ...

Just to inform you that I got a call and told that you will get the
product in 999 or 1999 but when I purchased and asked for delivery date,
I was told that 11 April your order will be put into draw and if you
win you will get the product. This information is missing at the time of

I have similar case, these guys cheated on pretext of mega sale and now nobody is responding to phone calls or emails.
Afterwards they replied it was contest and you lost that . Money deposited is now reward points and things can be purchased for this . Tried, but you can't redeem more than Rs.998 in one go . again cheating . We should all file a case against them .

I got a call today from [protected] for a similar sale. Thankfully I thought of reviewing the website before getting into dealing with them. People who have not been able to get through the numbers they got a call from, can try calling the number I have posted. Hopefully this can help you guys.

I also got cheated, I have spend 6k.
1) After placing the order # 10294 I did not received order confirmation on mobile
2) when I called customer care at[protected], It was not working. When I called [protected] and asked then why[protected] is not working and no one is answering the call then i got the shocking reply, person named Raj told me that may be customer care people will be on tea break.
3) I called my Citi bank to stop the payment on the basis of above information, they told me below points
a) they cannot stop the payment
b) they will have to pay the amount to merchant within 30 days, whenever merchant will claim the amount.
c) i can raise a "dispute" against the merchant if i will not receive the product delivery
d) then they will investigate on the issue which will take 35-60 days
e) no guaranty that i will get my money back

Guys seriously i cant believe, even complaining on time to bank, before they make the payment to merchant they cannot stop the payment, such things are going on...

that fellow redirect me to the website and compel me to do shopping as they told this offer ends within 1 hour.

after the payment that fellow disconnect the phone and when i re try to call on the same no that is always engage.

I got a call same number information that offer is valid till midnite and and to book asap. i said i have to think about what i want to buy and asked for time. they kept on calling numerous times and finally i booked a phone and paid Rs 1999.00


i tried to call on the same number to inquire abt the product delivery and even the number on website. no answer.
when i inquired for the product delivery by email i received reply that i have booked contest order and the draw will be held in July.

i replied straight away this was not the case and asked for refund. till date i have received no reply. i kept emailing them but still no reply.

these people are complete frauds. it even says on the order email we receive that the order will be processen once payment confirm and nothing related to a contest as such. all there is no way you can cancel the order.

I got a call on 2/05/2015 and paid the amount through HDFC Credit Card. On the same day as soon as i realized that i had been cheated i brought the matter to the knowledge of the representative of my bank and after few mails to my bank within two months i got my money back. I really appreciate the efforts of HDFC Bank. although the b****y representative of this (Shoppingnsaving.com) site never replied either the call or mails of mine.

Frauds I got call from an excecutive that there is 90% off on laptops for just an hour and u will get laptop in just 1999/- INR and it will be delivered in just 4days and we have to do online payment. I got excited and booked laptop after that I came to it was just a contest just 10 winners got the desired product and we got thullu

He kept on calling that any laptop Asus, dell, hp. will be available at Rs. 1999 as special offer available just for an hour so I got excited and ordered laptop and he promised that it will be delivered in 4 days. After 4 days when I called on its customer care number [protected] they said it will be delivered in a day or 2. And when I checked on website I came to know it was a contest (No one mentioned from company)

thanks to people who has started awareness about this fraud site. I received a call today morning i.e. 16th july and this site is still activated this means there is govt. involved also due to which this site is running freely. They tried to convince me to buy any product from contest column 311 products available which are valid for 1 hrs. time. so, i tried to track online immediatley then come to know about the feedback from people, the person tried to call me again then i said your site is fraud then they said you will hear many complaints from flipkart also so its just fake. I told them if i receive a call again then will take police action.
then the person bluntly told me its ok no problem.

So, we should immediately bring into notice of media to raise voice else poor Indians will get cheated.

I also would like you to know that during the time one of their informant called he did not tell anything about a lucky draw!.All he told was-"Hello Sir my name is XYZ and we have brought a special deal for you.As we are trying to promote our company's site we will give you a great deal on laptops...".Hence you should not mislead people and let them know the truth!!!.
I even asked them if there was a catch in it to which he bluntly said "No Sir".
Also, please fix your phone as I have been calling day in day out and it always say" Number is busy "

I got the call from Shopping and Saving.com in month of June2015, Representative never told me about the contest he had just told me that you book the Items you will get this with 90% of Discount and he had confirmed that on phone once you will pay the money you will get the delivery of goods with in 7-8 Working days. so had booked 3 Item and i had paid Rs.5997/- Online. Then after i had enquired for delivery status of goods then they had replied that its contest and money is non refundable i realised that i had cheated by them.

So i had clear all the communication to Mr. Rohit singh who is supervisor and person repliend from their [protected]@shoppingnsaving.com Then he had explain me that the result of Contest winners likely to get announced on 15th July. as had booked my order in June 1st week my order Number is - 10339 -- Mangesh Ghogale ( Mumbai)

On 15th i had checked my name in winners list and my name was not their i was well aware of this . that this company want to book their client with Rs. 999 or 1999 like this. then money is non refundable then client will not have option to buy anything from them.

Today infact i had spoken them about buying Mobile handset of Micromax as i dont have any option so want to buy Micromax product code- SNS 296 in their website . they are saying that i cant choose the mobile only kitchen items you can buy.

I too got a call today from shoppingnsaving.com, but this time the number was [protected] and also [protected]. But looking at the prices and way off delivery., I understood these are fraudsters, hence I did not purchase anything as whenever there is no COD option for an unknown site, I do not purchase anything

Shoppingnsaving, the big cheats of modern times.
They made several calls on my mobile to buy articles online at reduced rates and we fell in their trap by purchasing items vide - Order ID #13576 #13604 and #13579 paying Rs 6296/- (including courier ch) for each order. They even sounded genuine by saying that the order should not exeed Rs 6000/-

IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY

They did not tell anything about a lucky draw!.
I even when asked them if there was a catch in it to which he bluntly said "No Sir".
Later, the phone from which they called continues to be busy.

Can any one help to retrieve my money, I am not interested in any reward point. They can keep their reward point with them. I only want my money back because it has been taken by misleading telephonic invitation.
Failing a rightful return of my money a legal action is in waiting.

I received a call from ‘Shopping N Saving’ on May 10 2015. The representative informed as they are offering each product available on your website for either the price of 999/- or 1999/- (INR) because today is “Sunday ka Funda”. He did not inform as this is a quiz and I will have to wait for the quiz result. I called to their customer care number[protected] to verify before placing the order and even they did not confirm about the quiz instead they informed you will receive the product within 7-15 days.
I placed the order on the same day. In order to track the order, I called those guys again after few days and then I was informed as this was a quiz and I’ve to wait till the result comes. I asked if I can cancel the order, they mentioned as you cannot cancel the order once it is made. It is the same information provided to me by Rohit Singh (Supervisor) via email.
Moreover, I had to wait and as I knew, my name was not there in winning list. I was provided reward point of 2998/- and asked to purchase ANY product within same price range. But, when I tried to place order for products of my choice (sns4505, sns2235 & sns2416), I got the message as I can only redeem 999 rewards point in one go which is NOT at all acceptable.
I raised this point and they offered me to purchase something else which I do not want. I did not receive any answer yet.
I sent a registered postal mail to their Head Office which is returned back to me two days ago, it means there is no office and the address is FAKE.

Then they had forced me to Remove one complaint from Consumer Complaints, so i had removed it as per their demand.

Then as per email they had suppose to transfer the refund to 1st installment to my bank account on Friday 24th, july, 2015
When i had call them in the evening on 24th, July, 2015. Then they had promised me on Monday, 27th July, 2015

But Monday also i had not received any refund.

My experience with shoppingnsaving.com was really good for the ten products, but I had also ordered twelve. There was no update on the last two for more than a week. So, I wrote to them inquiring the status. I got a reply saying they were too sorry but they were too overwhelmed with the response! Is that another way of saying they were understaffed?

Two days later, I wrote back asking if there was an update. I got exactly the same mail. I waited a day and wrote back requesting them to deliver the products. Just to emphasize how serious I was, I also put in a small post script that if they were unable to deliver, I will like to be refunded. I got a single line reply that a refund has been forwarded.
