Shoppingsworld.com — faulty product provided and then no replacement no refund

After repetative phon calls more than 50 time in past four months, there is no hearing of a harrased customer of shoppingsworld.com site. Also i was informed that the product which is going to be delivered was PHILIPS INDUCTION COOK TOP. but when i received some other brand faulty induction cooktop. I informed customer care of your site. they said it will be replaced, so i did not even check the delivered product. Yesterday, when i checked the delivered product, it was not even in working condition. Thus i have not get anything from my investment of Rs. 3000.00 on your site. This is not the way to treat a customer.
