I have ordered redmi note 8 pro mobile from online option on 26th oct during diwali festival sale... Order number is 42090... It is not yet delivered... No contact available... Even website says under maintenance we will be back. I have sent emails but no response yet. I am afraid if i am trapped. Can someone please look into this and help me resolve the issue. I hav order redmi note 8 pro on 28 oct bt aftr 12days happen its did nt came thn hav cancelled my ordr told me my refund money vil b back it has nt came its over 15 days the website is showing mantenence...owner number is showing off frm 15 days...pls help me i nid my money
