I have ordered realme pro 5 mobile from online option on 26th oct during diwali festival sale... Order number is 42080... It is not yet delivered... No contact available... Customer care picking call. Even website says under maintenance. I have sent emails as well but no response yet. Contact address updated is also not valid... I had been to safina tower as per the google info but no company exists there. I am afraid if i am trapped. Can someone please look into this and help me resolve the issue. i hav order redmi note 7 pro on 15oct bt aftr 12days happen its did nt came thn hav cancelled my ordr on 26 oct they told me my refund money vil b back in 2 days bt till it has nt came its over 18 days the website is showing mantenence...owner number is showing off frm 18 days...pls help me i nid my money i wnt to pay fr school.in school they nt allow fr my son...frm 2weeks my son didnt went to school coz of pending fees pls hepl for god sake pls
