I have ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 (16 gb) mobile on shopsubh.com and i have paid rs.8999/- in advance. Till now i have not received the product and in the site it is showing processing. Now i can't able to cancel the order also. I need either mobile or my money back. My payment is through paytm wallet.
