Shopume.com — Order not received after payment

I have placed order on shopume.com on 21/01/2015 for MI power bank vide my order No 12757 for Rs 649/- and the payment made through my credit card. But till date i have not recd my product and these there is no contact details of the company and if there is given on site that is not working. The company is a fraud.
