Shopume.com — Payment deducted, But Item not received | |||
I have placed an order on Shopume.com on 20th January 2014 for a Mi power bank, the site do not mail me any order details, deducted the payment & product always shows as dispatched category, no shipment details, there is one contact number which has recorded voice no other option, and i don't think so that the company dispatch the product, why the payment sites allow this sites to make transactions. Such a bad experience with this site, I hope the consumer complaints help me stop these type of fake sites. Was this information helpful? | |||

To Cancel Your Order SMS "CANCEL (ORDER ID) (Registered Mobile No) (Total Amount Paid) Example:- "CANCEL 10101 [protected] 649" To +91-[protected]. If All data is correct Then your order canceled & you get Confirmation SMS Within 24 Hours & Amount Refunded in your account in 3-4 Working Days

Shopume.com — Non receipt of ordered data bank inspite of amount being charged from the credit card
