I have purchased a product through shopume.com on 21st Jan'15 vide order # 13183. The payment was made by internet banking cash on delivery was not available. The product was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days but not been delivered yet. Their helpdesk contact is also unreachable. According to their track order status on the website, “Processed” status is shown. The latest status is that their webpage is not available. Kindly help me to

Online order not received

My name is Pramesh Anuragi. I have ordered 2 quantity of MI Portable power bank worth of Rs. 1298.I paid the money through online transaction. but i didn't receive the order till now. Its my request to kindly look into the matter .

Paid Rs. 666/- but item not received

I had ordered MI 10400 Power Bank Silver and my Order ID is 12787 which was ordered on 21st January 2015.. To my disbelief till date I have neither received an SMS nor any mail from shopume.com about the shipment of my product.. I had paid an amount of ₹649/- by credit card..So far I have always been paying COD from other shopping sites and I have never ever encountered any problem like this.. It is so frustrating and disgusting when you get cheated for no fault of yours.. Is there any way by which we can find out where the credit card amount gets credited so that we ensure that others don't fall into this dirty trap..
