I received the call from number [protected], [protected], they called me on my mobile saying that they are from sbi corporate services and said they are verifying the card upgrade otherwise they will block the card.
Also as part of verification process they said they will need to do this transactions to credit the reward points and will refund the amount with in 48 hours to my sbi account. She has all the data like outstanding amount details and credit limit details. It was my bad luck lost 8499/- of transaction shopvista_epaykerela mumba ind.
Please help me how to take action. I have registered complaint in sbi card, any other action?
