Infact got a call from [protected] and they said the amount can be credited only through
SBI card to card transfer through ATM. So tried with ATM where they gave some number but got a message as "Not able to service temporarily"
Then they gave
Andhra Bank account details and asked me to register as Fund Transfer Payee,
Details of Payee:
Deepak Kumar, [protected], IFSCode: ANDB0001358
They said to do IMPS transfer, with the amount as 7781 and put remarks as REFUND 7781. By doing this the amount got debited from my account. On asking the reason they said you had give a space in remarks. So they told this time you give for 15562 and in remarks they said to give REFUND15562, this time also the amount got debited from my account. On asking they said finally you do for 31124 and in remarks put it as R090222. This time also the amount got debited from my account. Then finally he said he will do a cash deposit to my account.
Another call came from [protected] and [protected] and this
person said he is calling from SBI and this guy also said IVR call be there where we need to put the cvv no and OTP with this 4700 got debited from my friends
SBI account. Similarly 2 more transaction was done for 5000 and as the sufficient balance was not in
SBI account, the amount dint get debited. He said the amount will be credited to your account in 24 hours.
So totally 66948 they have to credit to my account.

As per our telephonic communication had with you on 16.09.2016. with
your customer care officer with service Request No[protected]
Regarding transaction dispute of Rs 7786/- ( Seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty SIx Only ) has been debited to my credit card on
12.09.2016.
Vide My SBI Credit Card No - [protected].
Actually i have not done this transaction so kindly escalate the issue
and recredit to my credit card.
and i have attached the SBI Credit Card Statement for your reference.
if its not possible i will make a complaint to resolve the issue.
