Shopvista_Epaykerela Mumba Ind — Fraudulent online transaction

Got calls from +91 [protected], +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] saying this is regarding annual card verification. Total four people talked to me in the call one after the other collecting the card information, address, DOB. Out of four people, two were ladies and all were having hindi accent. Then they said that reward amount will be credited in 48 hours and you need to give the OTP number which I refused to give. The transaction was in the name of shopvista_EPayKerela. Once I denied to give the OTP, they started to call in different numbers as mentioned above.

Even I had same experience as above but two people calling from [protected] and [protected], but they told me my card needs to be verified for KYC and card will be blocked if I don't furnish the details .

Even i had the same experience too, got call from one number #[protected] and got message from [protected] saying will refund in 48 hrs. it got deducted with same amount of 7786 Rs/- from my SBI card, please someone do the needful.

i got cll rom these two numbers [protected] & [protected] saying they senior offices from citibank, and said call is record throguh ivr they took the details of card & dedecuted 8404 towards shopvista_Epaykereke s. saying that new life time card will be issued & this amount will add in the new card to use in shopping to get 15% discount on purchasing pls do Help me refund the amount of 8804 rs made from citi bank debit card

Even I had got a call today, I was asked all the details like SBI card number, experiy date, and CVV. Then I got a message of transaction 8499 was processed to shopvista_EPayKerela and they asked me to enter the OTP to some IVR call, I had my doubts and didn't enter the OTP, Instaed I asked them my billing address but she failed to answer the question. She has all the data like outstanding amount details and credit limit details. Beware guys never give any details. They are so smart and they have can easily convince anyone. I wonder how they have all the SBI card holders details. I believe our valuable data has been breached by SBI. Never go for govermant related services they are very unsecure, Private banks are so good when it comes to data secure. [protected]

But ur luck and smartness saved u not to give deatils But It was my bad luck i gave details and lost money of 8499.Because She was irritating in call to complete soon i did it. Please help me to get money back or Complaint seriously on this number and How to take Action on this Number.

I also got cheated by Shopvista_Epaykerela Mumba Ind on oct 12 2017, Now I am looking into my citibank statement, it reflects that I should pay 9.540 Rs/- including penality for late payment, however citibank rejected my request and points that I have generated OTP and it is my mistake, please some one who got cheated like me come forward to help me in getting back the lost money...
Did anybody got the money back?
Please let me know what to do next?
