I ordered black Bluetooth headphones (Order #810860) but received a white pair instead. I understand stock may be subject to availability, but the black color was clearly specified in my order, and other color options are still listed on your website.
When I contacted customer support, the representative was aggressive and unhelpful, stating they could not assist.
I request a replacement with the correct product (black headphones) or a refund if the black version is unavailable.
Please resolve this issue promptly.
