Extremely Poor Service – Order Cancelled Without Refund
I ordered a pair of headphones through the Shopy Vision website. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from their customer service to confirm my delivery address. However, the very next day, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled — without any explanation.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails, called the provided contact numbers, and even tried reaching them through WhatsApp. There has been no response at all. Nobody is answering the calls or replying to my messages.
To make matters worse, Shopy Vision has not refunded my money yet. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete lack of professionalism. Pathetic service — I strongly advise others not to trust this website for online shopping. Was this information helpful? |
