When I contacted customer support, the representative was aggressive and unhelpful, stating they could not assist.
I request a replacement with the correct product (black headphones)...

Extremely Poor Service – Order Cancelled Without Refund

I ordered a pair of headphones through the Shopy Vision website. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from their customer service to confirm my delivery address. However, the very next day, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled — without any explanation.

Please do not buy any product from shopyvision. It is fraud. I ordered infinity glide headphones on shopyvision. I received this faulty product on August 13th. On opening I didn't find much difference with the headphone that I had with me earlier. I started using headphones from the 14th where I actually found the difference in the quality of headphones. It's of really poor quality. It stopped working all of sudden with continuous high volume cryptic noise. I had to restart between the important calls. I then stopped using this headphone from then waiting for its return. I then tried connecting the shopyvision customer care number but it never gets connected to[protected]. Moreover, I tried sending multiple emails but no one bothered to respond to my emails. What should I be doing . I'm helpless

I bought this tv skywall 24inch led tv for 5299/-, for some reason i cancel this order i mean this product. As the price of this product was a little high so I canceled it but I see I called the customer care repeatedly to get this money back they said they will refund the money but it's been so long they are not refunding me and they are not listening to me my money Not refunding I have been waiting for a long time but they are not refunding...

Would like to inform you that I purchased a fitness band mi 6 through online website shopy vision because of cheap rates other than Flipkart. But I chosed c.o.d. option after confirmed my order I got a call through shopy vision shop new Delhi and ask for advance courier fees but I denied to pay advance but they sent me GST bill. After two days I got above product. As per book manual after fully charged the device When I tried to on and off this mi band 6 but I got failure to on it. I called in seller contact number but they didn't provide any setisfied response and maked excuse as either go to service centre or complaint in shopy vision mail id. As per thear suggestion I visited nearby mi service center mdda complex dehradun. They checked the divice which was defected and told that mi band 6 serial number and box serial no was mismatch
Different data cable also available with box

And device serial number is not mentioned in GST bill. Service center required valid bill with same serial number box and device. So That device return process might be done.

I also complaint in shopy vision site but didn't get any solution.now I understood why seller telecaller was laughing and making excuses because of their fraudsters.

Now I have only legal way to get my refund.

I ordered Sennheiser CX350BT on 14-Jun-2023 and it was delivered on 19th-Jun-2023. I have observed that there is a issue in the product that i received. The issue is with battery backup. I am only getting 2hrs of backup instead of 10hrs(company advertised). So, i reported the issue on 20th on phone call. They asked me to send a mail to them, I’ve sent it immediately on the same day. Till today(22), they haven’t responded to my emails and stopped receiving my calls.

I have mistakenly placed an order on 'shopyvison.com' of an airpods 3rd gen model which was not intented to be purchased.

I immediately initiated cancellation request by mail and by calling customer support.

But they haven't refunded the amount deducted from by bajaj finserv account. And saying 'we are looking into it'

Please initiate the refund asap.

I have mistakenly placed an order of Wrong Airpods Model on shopy Vision using my Bajaj Finserv Account.

I immediately initiated a cancellation request to the co. regarding the same but they haven't done the same and refund isn't done yet.

I have order product (realme wirless 2s) through Axio app and paid the amount also on the date 21st August 2022 but till now i didn't receive any confirmation about the order the order is not yet delivered nor didn't received any order id, regarding the product kindly do check and update about the order.

I purchased a BOAT smartwatch from shopy vision on 4th Feb and they shipped my watch on 7th Feb but still its not delivered and not being tracked through given tracking id. There is no customer care helpline numbers and no-one is replying on e-mail also.
Please give reply to the emails I sent.

Shopy vision is a fake website with poor customer service and no refund on faulty products. They sent me fake Bluetooth speaker and now are not refunding my money....

I've ordered ubon Bluetooth speakers from them on 17th april 2021 and they sent a fake/ copy o[censored]bon speakers. They told me that the product has 6 months warranty but when I called them for the same, they denied and told me to call ubon customer care. They are not picking calls and are not responding on whatsapp as well....
