I have ordered redmi note 8 on 8 november online payments throgh rs 8999 still shopype has not confirmed for my mobile delivery. Also his toll free number [protected] not working.. Also his shopype site not working.. So please help me for my refund amount.. And inquires about the shopype his froued site..? I have place the order from shopype site on 27/10/2019.Then I have not received any communication from them and I have cancelled the order on 8/11/2019 to don the refund .The order number is 1357 I have don payment through phone pay.yet to be payment I have not received to phone pay or bank, kindly help me sir/madam

I have booked phone via shopype site.on 27/10/19, the order number is 1357, I have cancelled my order then I have informed them to do the refund on 08/11/2019, the refund amount I have note received yet to be.kindly help sir/madam
