I followed up for my claim for more than a month with explanation on calls and emails but the customer support team made false promises of resolving and arranging pick up of my damanged mobile. I provided them with all supporting proofs and documents but as they are not willing to provide the insurance amount. It looks they intentionally keep on delaying approval of claim. After telling me that they will arrange the pickup next day they rejected my claim. Now i am really pissed off and very much sure that they make false promises and insurance offer
