Shotformats Digital Productions — Approved claim not settled for claim reference number [protected]

My Claim was raised for my device on 1 Jan 2020, and was approved in Feb for an amount of Rs. 7517 (to be settled by shot formats) and Rs. 835 (My portion). All documents were sent to them back in March but just before the lockdown (on 23 March) I was requested to send 1 more document (NEFT FORM) which also was received by them on 20th June (Sent around 20th MAy) via speed post. They took 2 months to finally verify this document and my claim was sent to insurer on 26th September 2020. Now I was told to wait till 15th oct, then after 15th I called and was told end of Oct, then 15 Nov and then End of November and now they are again saying 15 december. I also have all call recordings and call logs of so many calls I had to make over these 9 months of followups but my claim has still not been settled in my Bank account.

Please assist. I also dont get any Email from them or text messages to confirm date of payment despite being told by the customer care representative that I will receive the Final date on Email.

Kindly let me know if you require any more details as It has almost now been a Year and my claim is NOT settled.
