I have a had raised a claim, the process is very slow it took more the a month to repair the device, no proper communication from the tech support. Now they ask me to send a neft form and a cancelled cheque which i dont understand why. They cant provide a proper explanation, i cant reach them over the phone, the ivr sucks, no call back done as promised.
