Extremely Pathetic & Unprofessional Service – Shree Anjani Courier, Mira Road
One of the most pathetic courier services I have ever experienced is Shree Anjani Courier.
One of our clients sent an important courier on 8th September 2026, and as of today, 10th September 2026, it has still not been delivered. Two days may not sound like much, but when a courier is time-sensitive and your customer is waiting for it, this kind of irresponsible service creates unnecessary problems for everyone involved.
What is even more frustrating is the attitude and response of the Mira Road staff. When we called to ask about the status, Payal responded that she was extremely busy with work. Seriously? If the staff is too busy to even properly address a customer's delivery concern, then what exactly are customers supposed to do?
And the experience with the delivery person, Santosh Gupta [protected], was even worse. The way he spoke and dealt with the situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers are not asking for a favour—we are paying for a service and expect basic professionalism, communication and accountability.
Because of your poor service and careless attitude, we are the ones suffering in front of our client. This is not just about a delayed courier; it is about the complete lack of responsibility, communication and customer service.
Shree Anjani Courier management seriously needs to look into the Mira Road branch, the behavior of its staff, and the way deliveries are being handled.
If this is the standard of service you provide, then customers should seriously think twice before trusting Anjani Courier with important shipments.
