Parcel have reached at the delivery hub but people are not delivering on the same day after requesting them, and very harsh words used by the person whom its being requested....

My family sent me parcel with food packets by air from Ahmedabad to Delhi, so it took 4 days to be delivered, and all items inside were damaged and jumbled up, i don't know whether they were unable to find football to play or so. Totally ridiculous service, half of my food was spoiled and half was like dump. Charging high and aiming rubbish that's the service of Anjali courier. Track No 109121б808.

Too unprofessionals branch managers. Not helpful staff at branch offices and even at regional office of ahmedabad...giving very rude and rough answers to clients...

I send the parcel from surat to ahmedabad saekhej...with above tracking number...the parcel reached at office by morning..but still they people are not delivering

Their employees are highly unprofessional. They disrespect the customers when I called them to track parcel and there’s also a delay in delivery and they tell that the customer is lying and started screaming. This is unacceptable. The parcel was booked on 7 th Oct and today it is 21st October and still haven't received the courier. They don't even pick up the call or have called back. I have been waiting for my courier to deliver docket number [protected]. It is worst courier service at least i have seen ever.

Hello everyone, i want inform and spread awareness about a courier company named Anjani Courier service, I want to let everyone know about misbehaviour and harrasment by delivery person of this company and the Vikhroli office employees of Anjani Courier, Tracking number [protected], I had a parcel from Vikhroli, The delivery person named Avinash Ghorpade +[protected] came to deliver my parcel and i was not home, he spoke to me so badly that he triggered my anger and there were exchange of verbal abuses, , he abused me and left without giving the parcel and i recieved the parcel through some other delivery person, after that, this Avinash Ghorpade has spread my number and i have been recieving threatening and harrassing calls since mid night and morning next day, even the Vikhroli franchise owner Harshada Pilivkar has been calling and threatening me with abusive words from her both numbers as [protected] and[protected] along with Sanjay uttekar[protected], they hav been randomly calling, threatening and abusing and making me abuse them back, ofcourse i will abuse back if i m being harrassed repeatedly!! These people look like habitual in misbehaviour with people, and harassing them over calls, i have even called this company s head office number, he also, rudely spoke and said., that's how it goes, , don't call here, we are not liable to take complaints, , Please everyone, Be Careful of this courier Company Anjani Courier, and never ever take their services, for your any of courier, please be careful

Highly irresponsible and worst behavior..lack of basic manners, poor service...when asked about the courier the manager himself refuses n says its not my job to answer..also he says go do wtvr u want report whoever u want do wtvr u want as if Dey rnt point 1% responsible for their actions r Der duty...why do even such kind f ppl exist

The parcel was handed over the packet with reference number ABC 12345 on 4th February 2022 at the Mathura branch. And the staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of the company to give details of the delay.

I have paid for ByAir service and they took 6-7 days to deliver.

Such companies should shut down if they are not able to fulfill the promise.

@AnjaniService Anjani courier is the worst service provider..they hv still not been able to deliver a parcel that was dispatched on 31st Jan n was supposed to be delivered by 2nd Feb..Worst thing is that they have no idea where it is lying currently..Docket no. [protected]

I booked one courier from Karnal (27July) and he said it will deliver in a day but its not happened as next day (28 july) its rain which is genuine reason but next to next day (29 July) my packet receive dat sahibabad UP office at 10 AM when i called the available person Dharmender to track my packet he was rude and said nobody is available wil deliver tmrw not today i said its urgent but still he denied by request. Then i called grivence number that person is also very rude no idea why he hired to resolve grivencies he said you should wait and disconnect the call please dont use these type of couriers who didn't fulfill there commitments. Worst service, irresponsible people. Docket no. [protected] was not delivered since 4days of follow ups which is lying with them. They don't answer properly. It was booked at bhubaneswar on 6thFeb to hyderabad, today is 13th Feb. Very worst.

Still my client have not receive the 0parcel . This lead to allegation of fraid on us. Really bad service n also no body taking responsibility to follow back the grievance

Today i receive my packat at vidhyanagar but the box is empty and i will call to amadvad ho but he talk rude behavoiur. Your service is note good.

My bank chequebook supposed to delivered by anjani courier service, however the delivery person talked very rude and forced me to collect the courier from their office.
After this rude discussion, when i called to courier manager, he himself not ready to answer my calls. After informing all the scenario to my respective bank, i come across that, "anjani courier" had put the false comment against my undelivered courier that "incomplete address".

This mail is to bring to your notice that we facing a major issue in courier pickup and delivery service in khopoli. Pickup person never comes on time and most of the times never comes to get the consignment picked up.
As per the trail 3 couriers have been picked up from the branch, but your person doesn’t bother to give us the pod number, stating that he would be providing us the pod on the next day which actually gets received after 3 days.

These 3 pod numbers have been received to us today, and my consignment are lying at the hub from the past 5 days, what kind of inefficiency service is this? Any courier sent to khopoli doesn’t even get delivered on time as well.

I humbly request you to get the couriers picked up and delivered on time by giving us the pod on the same day.

On feb 13th 2019, i have placed an courier to chennai, the courier i reached on time but its totally damaged.

The product is been completely damaged. I have very clearly informed a concern person to repack and deliver it safe.

So what am suppose to do?? Its a wedding gift for a bride.

In case of lost documents anjani courier is not taking responsibility instead they are asking franchisee to take responsibility. Which is totally wrong. Franchisee is just aiding them to do business how he will be held responsible for lost documents as in case of mine.

I request to relook into franchisee model of courier service providers like anjani courier and cancel it on immediate effect to avoid such problem with other consumers in future.

On 1st of May I sent courier from Surat to Vasai Road. But courier man send the same to your Vashi office. Now your courier company man told me today is not possible to send from Vashi to Vasai Road due to distance even though mistake of his staff.
Courier is much important to deliver today
If mistake is done from your Staff, why we are suffering.
