I have sent a parcel to surat from kolkata on 20th july by air. The said parcel has not reached its destination in surat, the party has not received the parcel yet. It has been returned to ville parle. I have surat to resend the parcel for delivery but they said it's not with them. I have called ville parle office they said it's not with them it's in kolkata, i have called kolkata office to resend to surat in kolkata i was given no of mr rakesh from their corporate office in raipur ahmedabad, but mr rakesh is the most rude and insolent man and he has even refused to check or provide and help and instead told me that i can complain wherever i want to and he does not know anything about the parcel.in short no one knows where the parcel is which means it is lost. So i'm forced to complain in consumer forum for worthless service people like mr rakesh from kolkata. I want the courier parcel to be returned to me in appropriate condition or i want company for the lost parcel or i want it to be delivered to the given address in surat with proper proof that it has been delivered. Anjani courier is the worst ever courier service in india and people like mr rakesh from kolkata wii only help the company to earn a bad name
