Shree Krishna Electricals Sales & Service — not returning my induction cooker given for service

On Friday[protected] I had given my "Prestige Induction Cooktop PIC 20.0" for service since it stopped working but no fault could be seen. I still had warranty for that but the shop where I purchased had stopped business due to loss.

He just returned me the induction within few minutes and it didn't look like he had opened it at all. But the induction was working. I suspected that he did not open it at all.

He charged me 380₹.

I asked him what part did he change, for which he kept silent. I was in urgent so I went home.

Next day Saturday I used induction 2 times. And This time there was a spark and it got burnt and stopped working.

Sunday morning on[protected], I gave it to him again complaining about his poor workmanship. I would have given it to someone else if not I had paid 380₹.
Till Monday I had done repeated followups since I live alone without induction I have to eat at hotel.
He said he would give by Monday afternoon, which he didn't give. After argument, he behaved rudely and told me to shut up and come back when he calls me.

Till Wednesday he never called me back. I have gone to his shop more than 12 times. He is never there but his wife says she doesn't know about this matter. Calls him and says come after some time. And keeps repeating this cycle. I have to go to my native place on 2 Feb but they won't listen.Now it's Thursday. I think he had kept the induction for himself. As no matter how many times I go I never get it.
