Mahavir patwa & developers - cheater & fraud company
I booked 1 flat in mahavir city phase 2 on jan 2013 by paying 20% of amount. It's been 3 years but construction hasn't seen to be started.
I given the cancellation request in the 1sr week of october 2016. The office representative suryakant said that it will be cancelled after diwali. I approached again on december they said it will be cancelled as of march then in march they further given me the dates of may and now they are saying it will be cancelled as of july and you will receive pdc's.
Instead of cancelling they are just extending the dates by saying "company doesn't have funds". I am following up with them for cancellation and getting the refund of my booking amount since 9 month but nothing ha been done yet.
