We have booked a room in Shree Mahavir City Phase I from Shree Mahavir Patwa Developers & Construction Pvt. Ltd.
According to the papers the commitment was to complete the project was around 2017, one day we called the builder and get to know that he is behind the bars.
So the development has been stopped and no work is being carried at the site location.
Nobody now respond to the calls, have no idea on what's going on with the project and builder.
Builder office has been closed.

We want the refund of money or the room as committed and if any progress takes place for the project (which I don't think so) the room should be available to us with the committed price.

We have booked a flat in shree mahavir patwa(kharbao), bhiwandi, we have all neecessary documents regarding this.we have paid the amount all slips & letter also available from builder, but in the year 2019 the builder suddenly did some fraud & was arrested by the police, now the construction is also stopped fully, we want a refund of our money deposited with them.

Have invested good amount of money 3 years back in this project but building work has not even started yet.

A complete fraud project:

1. They have shut down their site office
2. Project work completely stopped
3. False commitment on repayment of the money (Have been asking since year now)
4. Builder will not answer any of your call
5. People in the company themselves are not confident...
