My name is Zubeda and I am making a serious complaint againt the agent of Maruti couriers in Sagwara, Rajasthan- Sachin Kumar (Sp Kumar)- +[protected]
I had made a fast track courier (tracking number -[protected]) to Sagwara from Hyderabad and I was assured that my courier (tracking number -[protected]) will be delivered within the next 1-2 days with fast track service, as a distant relative will be leaving to kuwait.
Based upon their assurance in Hyderabad, Telangana, i did a fast track courier (tracking number -[protected]) so that my courier would reach sagwara safely before time.
Unfortunately, due to an issue from your end, my courier (tracking number -[protected])was stuck and has not yet reached sagwara... its been already 6 days.
Most of my relatives have already left for Kuwait but just one relative is left in Sagawara who is waiting to get my parcel. He has a flight tomorrow and so I made a request call to your agent Sachin Kumar -(+[protected] in sagwara requesting him to deliver my parcel first thing first in the morning ...if my relative leaves Sagwara, there will not be anyone else to collect my courier (tracking number -[protected]) and all the money I spent to get the arrange for the parcel and fast track courier services (tracking number -[protected]) would be of waste...
To my shock the maruti agent Sachin Kumar (Sp Kumar) ..instead o[censored]nderstanding my situation and considering my plea, started to argue and fight with me saying that it was not his look out and it is not his fault that he didnt get the courier on time.
I tried to make him understand that let the past be past, and that I was calling to request him to get my parcel delivered asap tomorrow. He disrespectfully cut off the call mid way and then when I whatsapped him ...he told me that he will not deliver my parcel to my relative.
Is this the kind of services maruti is providing to the customers even after paying so much money for fast track services and is this how a customer should be treated when they call to request for something???
I need answers and I need the justice for the disrespect your agent - Sachin Kumar has shown towards me.
Kindly hire educated and experienced agents so they have knowledge of dealing with customers and treating customers with respect.
I want to get the assurance from Maruti that my courier (tracking number -[protected]) stuck in Sagwara be delivered tomorrow as he has assued me that he will not deliver my parcel to my relative... I want my parcel to be delivered first thing in the Morning as my relative will be leaving by 11am to kuwait.
And more so, I would want maruti to take strict action against this fellow Sachin Kumar from Sagwara who ill treats customers and treat customers as waste and more than anything talks to a lady with so much ill attitude.
I am hereby attaching the chat of your Sagawara agent with his contact number.
I want a solution and I want an action to be taken againt such ill mannered poeple.
