[Resolved]  Shree Maruti Courier Service — Consignment not delivered

My family has booked the consignment from srinagar on 28th March. And on 30th as per online tracking it has reached Hyderabad. And i wait till 31st to get the consignment delivered. But they haven't delivered it and when I called them on 1st April and asked about my delivery parcel to my surprise they said we are delivering in alternate days to your area so the consignment will be delivered on 3rd April Monday, tomorrow being holiday (2nd April). I requested them to get it delivered today but they said it's our process we he have to work as per our process we don't hv anything to do with customers urgency. It's the worst thing I could hear from them further that gentleman added that you should have paid extra to get it delivered on priority. Also he quoted I'[censored] will talk to me like this then your consignment wouldn't be delivered. It's a shame on the professionals they hire for there work. I am gonna lodge case in consumer court also. A piza delivery person can come for a single order but a courier people have only one person to service the people in Hyderabad tolichowki area. Pathetic. Had i posted it through Indian post it wud take same time as it took in my case today to get it in 6days. And i am still not sure if i will get it on Monday.
