I have two parcels sent by Maruti courier
1. Awb[protected] on 19/04/2018 1.50pm
this parcel with the mistake of the customer representative that parcel reached Dombivli on 20th and it was opened and the bubble wraps were tornned not repacked properly for which the client recev. the parcel in broken condition that too on 23rd April (local courier)
2. AWB[protected] sent on 24/04/2018 2.18pm this parcel was broken even after double box packing bubble packs still the client recv in broken condition
when complained to Mr Nipun franchisee owner of Thane ghodbunder rd, accept the mistake however states we r not responsible fot this mishandling .Maruti courier I am using from past 2 yrs for my products and this is the first time something like this happened and u say u guys are nt responsible, even i[censored]s send goods worth lakhs, when it is written on the parcel handle with care precisely than it should be ur resposibilty, what r u charging for.I want my goods loss and my courier charges refunded.
