I booked a service for courier from your website on 27/11/2021 to pickup a parcel from Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. Service has been Booked for a 28/11/2021 time 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM. I also did the payment. Invoice was also generated. We are waiting but no one come to picked up our parcel. So, I want to cancel this booking and want a full refund. Please do a needful.
