I am talking about Dipak Prajapati (He denied to give his employee id). I want to ask why you people misbehaving with the customers? I also checked here in the complain sections there are lots of complain filled by the customers.
I totally agreed that you guys are in the service sectors and delivery partners, so it may delayed sometimes. But I really don't understand that why employees not well trained here. He even don't know how to treat with the people. I'm simply asking him that my courier is came yesterday at the destination then why don't you are delivered the courier in the morning time? it's almost 5PM. My office and courier office distance not more than 3km. So I expected that it must to delivered in the Morning. On this matter he replying me rudely and don't even bothered that he is seating in the service sector.
I'm really disappointed with this type of service. I expect that shree maruti courier have to look into this matter and take strict action.
