My consignment number is [protected]. I sent some gifts from kolkata to gangtok on 29th may. Firstly they never delivered the parcel then its been more than a month and i have no updates regarding the same. I have contacted the gangtok and siliguri people and the executive maddhu khanna was shouting at me when i asked about my parcel. Her contact number is [protected].She always says that she is not at the office and kept denying her responsibility. This time she shouted and kept the phone.
