[Resolved] Shree Maruti Courier Service — no reply till now for my package not delivered

Hi,

I have files a complaint still no reply from maruti courier.
This was my complaint
Hi,
I have booked a parcel from maruti courier for delivery on 8th may 2018, they are saying it has been delivered on 11th may 2018 but in online tracking system its still showing that the package is "in transit",
They are not updating online tracking a, the receiver is saying that he has not received the package.
Maruti courier are showing me the paper in which they ahve taken signature of the receiver but there is no name and phone number of the reciever mentioned only a sign which is not recognizable.
The package have product worth 1000rs.
Now who is responsible for that.

.Please reply.Online tracking details still showing as 'IN TRANSIT'
Please pay me 1000rs if you cant resolve this issue.

Updated by concomp77 When i am asking for proof from maruti courier they are sending me this piece of paper which makes no sense as their is no name and phone number fo the person who have received the package, just the signature .

Updated by concomp77 when i am asking the receiver the are replying that thay have not received the package. PFA proof.
Let me know who should i ask for my 1000rs worth product.

Updated by concomp77 No reply yet from maruti courier, they are saying package is delivered but not updating the online portal.
If they dont update on online portal then recevier is not ready to agrree that package has been delivered.
Please help
