I have booked a document parcel for khar west, mumbai on 2 /08 / 2022, as per my knowledge normal charge for mumbai is ar Rs 80, but they charge me Rs 120/- for the same. Shipment no 222/2/[protected]. This is not expected from a such reputed courier service in india . It is not the the question of some 20 to 30 rupees, but in one branch they charging 80 and in another 120 not fare . It was not 1kg parcel at all, it was envelope. But the weight mention is 1 kg again not fair .

Worst courier service.everytime someone sends courier through shree maruti, they ask me to go and collect my package giving reason they don't have delivery boy so can't deliver.Naharkatia dibrugarh Assam branch
