Shree Maruti Courier Service — Package not delivered

This is regards with couries #[protected] dispatched from Delhi to Nashik (Maharashtra) on 12th Feb 2022.
Still it has not reached to destination and it is not showing any proper updates on their tracking status.

I have reached many times to maruti customer care and also send emails but no luck.

I am worried about my valuable belonging and pathetic service from shree maruti.
