Shree Maruti Courier Service — parcel is not even moving from delhi airport since 6 days now

The tracking no. Is [protected]. I needed the parcel urgently. I was told by the branch that it will get delivered in 7 days however, 10 days have passed but the parcel is still in delhi. If there is so much trouble then atleast send my parcel to the origin i. E. Etawah, up.
