My Parcel did not reach and sent it back without even reaching the address provided for delivery. Parcel was urgent, that is why it was booked by air. when i enquired from the Bengaluru hub, got very annoying answer that they tried calling the sender phone. phone was not answered, so they did not deliver the parcel. My complaint is that, when complete address is given, why parcel was not delivered? the recipient was busy in his meetings, so he could not answer the call but was available from 13th April evening. they did not even bothered to call the sender or to the recipient again and sent the parcel back which has not reached Jaipur yet. Being urgent, the parcel has lost its importance which is causing mental harassment to me. why can't the strong action be taken against the service provider? this is very irresponsible act and really disturbing me a lot.
