myself Mrs Meenakshi had deposited Rs 125000/- through Hdfc bank having cheque no 155857 dt 27/03/2009 in above said company (SOSN)in Resort Membership Executive Card.company has promised me that will pay Rs 8040/-per month & had issued post dated cheques of Axis bank Lajpat Nagar & company has done agreement on dt. 6th April 2009 no G - 684288 for above scheme.I had encashed 07 cheques up nov 2009.After it I heard that cheques are being bounced then I had not deposit any cheque.now All cheques are kept with me.pl tell me how I can take my hard earned money back. meenakshi [protected]
