Hello,
This mail is regarding the deteriorating quality of Lijjat papad over the years. I have been consuming your product from the last 15 years or so. But towards the last couple of years I have noticed the quality of your product has gone down tremendously. What ever product I bought i.e Punjabi masala special or plain papad, I see lot of strands of hair in every papad. The site of it is so disgusting that I have started hating your product. What happened to your quality control management? Is it right to take your consumer for granted and supply them with a below grade product in the market. I am planing to go to the consumer court lest any action taken against it.
Pls find the pic attch for your satisfaction and I would ask you people whether you you and your family would consume this unhealthy, unhygenic product made by your company.

I will definitely complaint about this with Indian food and civil corporation that your company is not serious about your product finally people will get affected.
