Shri Ram Finance — witness signature and identity faked by shri ram finance and asking 2.25lakhs

My father one time he signed as witness for one of his friend using his government teacher identity, after that someone taken that all proof like aadhar, payslip and all documents and they attached with their documents as we put, and we don't know that,

And the main loan getter is fraud and with fake identity

After few years they sent some letters like to pay actually my father is sometimes in drink and he didn't recognise that letter for what

And my mother also not that much clever that time

Before few years suddenly the letter came as to get some salary ammount from father account monthly for their loans when he was in heavy body week condition and my mother and father went to court and came always

Actually the sign in that loan is not my father sign

So they said to lawyer and judge but they are asking what you done when case going on that time, and we don't know that matter at all

After some days my father died

Now they are asking to pay 2.25 lakhs

We don't have any financial support now and we can't pay that much because of this case government freezed my father final salary and pention ammount now we have 2 cows in my home from that only we earning 2000 rupees and except this we have more borrowed money from other we can't pay this all now

And now they said to pay 2.25 lakhs in one months else they will charge 3lakhs 😭😭 my mother is crying
