My father one time he signed as witness for one of his friend using his government teacher identity, after that someone taken that all proof like aadhar, payslip and all documents and they attached with their documents as we put, and we don't know that,

After few years they sent some letters like to pay actually my father is sometimes in drink and he...

After seeing a an advertisement of this company in a local newspaper i had approached this company for personal loan.

The person concerned in the sri ram finance office asked me to forward the documents accordingly i forwarded the relevant documents.

Post which the person whats app me asking for inr 2300 towards documentation charges for which i replied over whatsapp that i will pay the money at his local office...

I Take a Loan for Auto Riksha from Shri Ram Finance and Pay 4 Installments. I have a some financial crisis and not pay my 4 emis. the have seize my vehicle & demanding for my all outstanding LOAn at the same time. Now I want pay 4 nEMI with interest but they did not give me any awnswers and not gie my vehicle back.
should i take a legal steps to them.
