I booked two rooms in sai ashram bhakti niwas for 4 male & 4 female & 2 children for the date13 aug 16, the payment was deducted from my account but i did not got any mail or sms on my registered mail id/phone no. Nor i got any acknowledgement receipt on my trust registered id.. When i forwarded the mail regarding the issue they said it will be credited back within 45 days but now its almost 5 months but i did not got my money.. I have forwarded 20 mails to them but now they have stopped replying also..

Following are the details-

3) registered email id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in

This is to request to refund the online darshan passes amount as we are not able to come there as my mother has expired a few days back. We a family of four was supposed to come shirdi.
Considering the situation i request you to refund the amount.

I have booked rooms on 9/09.2018 and 11/09/2019 by on line through my login rajan kone gmail, com
the amount has been deducted but not any information regading was not recived.

i have sent my mail thorugh sai suppot, in

I booked online sai darshan for 6 male & 4 female on the date 4Aug 2018, the payment was deducted from my account but i did not get my Sai darshan pass Nor i got any acknowledgement receipt on my trust registered id.. When i forwarded the mail regarding the issue they said it will be credited back within 21 days but now its almost 55 days but i did not got my money.. I have forwarded 20 mails but I did not get any response from your side.. and I also talked to your executive almost 15 times and they told me the amount will credit on your account within 6 days
