I booked 4 darshan passes on 4 April 2023 and my money got debited but the transaction was not successful. I went through customer care multiple times and they told me that it will refunded within 28 days but I did not receive any mail. Please look into this matter so that the other person will not face this thing again....

Money credited but pass didn't book neither got my money back
Money wad credited from my account but nor my room was booked neither I got my money back i was told that i will get my money in 21 days it's been 21 days already but no refund was made pls look in my issue

I booked darshan pass but my money got debited thrice and the transaction was not successful. I did not received any acknowledgement message or mail. I need my refund money as the transaction was failed. It has been more than 50days now. Why this fraud?

Ticket prices
Shiridi is known for the equality of access for both rich and poor, that is what Sai Baba has always taught us.
The Aarti prices are so expensive today that a poor or middle classed person cannot afford it.
Shiridi is losing its true essence.

The shops in the complex are big fraud
My parents had visited the temple today 25th May 2022 post COVID
The shops around force fully made them buy stuffs for darshan worth of 4000 knowing that no offerings are taken.
First of all they are over priced and second of all the shopkeepers are big time frauds
There is nothing we could do anymore right now as our money is already gone but I sincerely request to take strict action so that no one can be fooled henceforth

Shirdi saibaba annadanam donation
Today dated 30.12.2021 morning at 10.30 am three persons visited and knocked the door regarding Shirdi saibaba annadanam donation. My mother unknowingly agreed to donate Rs 200/- cash in favour of saibaba. We got a receipt for Rs 200/- but in that no pincode and contact details. They also told that we will perform Pooja in our name. Kindly look into this matter whether genuine or fake.

about inconvenience to sai baba

On 21/03/2020 after the sej aarti of sai baba the pujaris (Priests) did not covered charan of baba with the shawl including the idol and samadhi charan. Nor the mosquito net was properly covered. This may cause inconvenience to shri sai baba and shows great negligence towards baba. As a die heart devotee of sai baba i don't like this. Hope this might not happen again. Om sai ram🙏

about prasad packet expired
Dear sir/ madam,
I visited shirdi temple on sunday dated 15/12/2019, when we take darshan and came out we got prasad. We didn't check there expiry date because of the too much rush.
On monday when we reached at our home, we check the date the dated 15/08/2019 on prasad, as clearly wrote on the packet that the prasad is best for only 48 hours, then why those people giving us the expired prasad, its almost 4 months old prasad, they provided.
Very disappointing, if our health condition got effected who will be the responsbile.

room accommodation in sai ashram bhaktiniwas

We went to book a room in bhaktiniwas ashram and we're given the form at 9 : 40 pm. We filled in the details and got the token number 131 today 01 june 2019. But when we went to the counter we were asked to replace the name of my husband with my name as he was not present at the counter
I did so but then i was refused to give the room reason being there was a cutting on the form
Is this right? This must be humiliation
We were then given the form for the locker and not the room
Really disappointing.

2 wine drunk in sai trust campus

I along with my family member went to sri sai trust campus where prasad bhojan kaksh (Bhojnalay) whose meal time starts from 10 am to 10 pm.
Two man badly drunk wine, whose actions were bad towards lady around them.
Security staff should check their mouth smell then only should permit them to enter in campus. Since drinking wine is against sai baba saying and against law.

security staff misbehaviour with lady devotees and handicap persons

My wife was badly touched from behind by your security staff mr ganesh sonude pushed as if she and myself was something unwanted person in the temple premises and one old couple which were handicap was also pushed and was about to lie doen on ground. This behaviour at shri saibaba temple is not accepted. The person who gave his whole life for betterment of humainity and now in his own darbar people are doing this. This is clear failure of trustee and management staff of shri sai sansthan and creates very bad impression on the devotees who visit shirdi for sai darshan.

regarding rooms
There are all bedbugs in the room and when asked the officals then they said that we can't do anything. Sanitation charges was 600 but zero sanitation.
We booked room from 23 rd feb 2018 to 24th feb 2018.
But not able to sleep because of bedbugs.
I don't how serious this complaint will be considered but hoping that someone else should not face the same problem. Because people donate tons of money and nothing is visible.

shops in the ashram
We stayed in the room for three days. The room was very good but the shops owned by the trust is really really useless. The shopkeepers are in safari suit but are the most inhumane people i have ever seen. When asked about why such a poor service, they say that's how we are and that's how we can be. It is one of the worst experiences. They spoiled the whole trip. We did not come this long from chennai to hear such inhumane words. We would obviously be spreading a bad word to everyone in chennai. If the service continues to be so then it is never gonna benefit the trust in anyway.

Most fraud persons in trust are working. Shame on trust that they are behaving like that in baba city shirdi..all persons in trust are begger, cheap, stupid.. Nd whole trust mentainance is most bad in this world, nd behavior is too cheap, dog behavior much better then all of them... Stupid all

I booked two rooms in sai ashram bhakti niwas for 4 male & 4 female & 2 children for the date13 aug 16, the payment was deducted from my account but i did not got any mail or sms on my registered mail id/phone no. Nor i got any acknowledgement receipt on my trust registered id.. When i forwarded the mail regarding the issue they said it will be credited back within 45 days but now its almost 5 months but i did not got my money.. I have forwarded 20 mails to them but now they have stopped replying also..

This is to request to refund the online darshan passes amount as we are not able to come there as my mother has expired a few days back. We a family of four was supposed to come shirdi.

I booked online sai darshan for 6 male & 4 female on the date 4Aug 2018, the payment was deducted from my account but i did not get my Sai darshan pass Nor i got any acknowledgement receipt on my trust registered id..
