I sundresh, I being the agent of the above company from past 20years and I have given crores of business to the company in both chits and insurance. Regarding the complaint I had autioned my 1lakh chit on 12/10/2016. But they company has cancelled my aution and has alloted to somebody else without my notice. The customer service is worst. The company employees doesn't even pick the call nor respond. They are very rude. Literally very unhappy wit there service and the company. And also the company is soo irresponsible that we had payed a sum of rs for a 3lakh chit.. But they dint even put the chit after 3months when we asked they shameless told us to take the money back. Even the higher officers are involved in these kinda activities. No proper information is provided for anything. The most worst company I hav ever seen. Please kindly accept my compliment and oblige

At Vijayawada sriram chits one town branch staff named NIROSHA was cheated me. She was invested my prize money in sriram insurance instead of fixed deposit. In this ragard I have lodged a complaint at sriram regional office through e mail but we have not received any reply till now, Hence take up issue with concern adn advise us for further proceedings..

I had booked an FD valued rs.60000/-
This FD is security deposit of one chit valued rs.5.00 lacs. Monthly due of the chit has closed one year back, still now I have not received the FD receipt and not received the monthly interest for the existing FD from May 2016.
The FD has booked at Tiruvannamalai branch.
In spite of several reminders through phone to submit the original receipt, we have not received any responses.
Pls look into this asap to avoid grievance cell compliant...

I had 3 no chits in Shriram chits. One no chit of 10 lack in Chirala branch and 2 no 3 lack each in Addanki branch.Four months back one no chit of 3 lack was tendered by me and submitted all the relevant documents after continues persuence. Till today I had not received the subject amount even after complained on 12 th of this month.Poor response never expected this behaviour

Taken a broken chit at 14th month (March 2014) details given below

After completion of 20 months it was allocated me, i told to the co - ordinator (Alekya), i wanted to make fd for one year. But the same lady diverted the fd amount 30000/- from 141000/- which was told to make fd.
After completion of 1 year, i was contacted for fd bond, to withdraw the amount. Then it was found only 111000/- was made fd for one year. & another insurance policy bond also showed me worth of 30000/-, that too lapsed that policy.

 The ‘prize amounts’ should be paid immediately after furnishing security.
 The relevant Act did not grant any time for payment, after furnishing security.
 The District Consumer Forum, Kadapa too has affirmed this.
 It is only M/s Margadasi Chit Fund company that is paying the ‘prize amounts’ on time and also had committed for payment of interest @12%PA from the date of furnishing security in the event of any delay.
 Almost all other Chit Fund companies, to be specific, M/s Shreeram and M/s Kapil are unlawfully detaining the prize amounts for a month or so.
 It is for the subscriber to protect his legitimate right by demanding immediate payment of the ‘prize amount’ after furnishing a satisfactory security.
 Urgent need for a SUO MOTU probe.

Sub: My life has spoiled completely due to pressurizing, cheating, harassing and blackmailing by Tadepalligudem shriram chits Branch, Divisional and Regional managers due to 3 lakhs rupees cutting for shriram life insurance from my chit prized amount of Rs.6, 50, 000 illegally . So please do enquiry and cancel the 3 lakhs rupees illegal insurances and return my amount back to me and do justice.

I tithi revathi is having a chit no:67025/29 with commencement no:vnlf25/29 of rs.50000/- for a period of 50 months with monthly installment rs.10000/-. When i am planning to open a chit i contacted the branch and one mr. Ramesh, his mobile no.[protected] is approached me saying that the branch manager has send him for chit opening. He himself introduced that he is an employee of the same branch. I fill all the application forms and paid rs.10000/- to him for the chit on oct'2015. But actually the chit was commenced on jan'2016 the reasons mentioned by the mr. Ramesh, the agent who collected the money is irrelevant and not justifiable. Even though i don't want to extend the issue and agreed to continue the chit. The said ramesh is promised me to collect the monthly installment every month and receipt also issue regularly. But he has never stand on his words and he came for collection once in three or two months and take the money. Even though the money was deposited as and when he is willing and no intimation was given to me when i was called him he tells me a story that systems are not working. Last month some other employee, he don't want to disclose his name and his mobile no:[protected] saying that you are defaulter of two months payment, but actually mr. Ramesh has collected money from me with in the time (Enclosed the attachments). When i am calling to the branch no one is even lifting the phone. Actually, my residence is some how 20 kms from the place of nad branch and also i am a working women, that's why i am unable to go to the branch personally. I am not getting any kind of information like monthly installment to be paid etc.

Henec, i request you to kindly do the needful in the following :
1. Information of monthly installment to my mobile no:[protected]
2. Mode of payment i. E on credit card.
3. Conformation intimation from the branch to my mobile.

We are having Insurance policy in Sriram.Without our knowledge they renewed our insurance and asking us to pay the money.Long back we surrendered the bonds below are the details

Iam dhana lakshmi from chennai. I had taken two wheeler loan from ur esteemed organisation. Loan tenure is completed last month (august) 2016. I have submitted all the documents needed. But still they say (selaiyur branch) it will take one month for clarification. Another issue is on 10.02.2015 cheque was bounced but I had enough balance in my a/c. This was a mistake from ur side. For this they asked bank statement, that also I submitted. Still they say it will take two months, one month for this cheque bounce and to issue RC and noc. I have a chit no. Vhlf-27/16 in your maharanipet branch of visakhapatnam. I enrolled in this chit on[protected], the chit started in september 2014. Since then, i am not receiving monthly intimation cards nor smss to my mobile. I am up-dating my residence address whenever there is change. 4-5 months back, i complained to the then branch manager, but no use. Last month i met the present br. Manager sri t. Krishna prasad. But there is no change in the situation.
Pl. Cause necessary enquiry and see that i get the first hand information. Also, always there will be cash change problem. They prefer to take amount in multiples of hundreds. This type of transactions also may be avoided.

Trying to contact your officials Vijayawada branch and Jaggayyapet agent code no:3329J0004. Vijayawada Branch manager requested me to deposit Rs.100000/- for one year and surprisingly sent bond for 5 years to renewal with every year. The name is Mr. V. V. R. Murthy- Divisional Mgr, Vijayawada branch and his mobile:[protected],[protected] land line. Number of times requested him through SMS also, ultimately no response from him.
Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

Dear support, i have a running repayment process for a loan... If all of the balance is payed at once... Does the intrest decreases...? If it is decreased can u please tell how much percent does it be decreased... I have already paid half of the emi 's... That is 12emi's from a total of 24... Can you please provide information by the following details

Without request from my side, only basing on my previous loan history in shriram chits, ongole branch, they sanctioned me 100000/- loan and they took blank cheques. Through the cheques they debiting loan amount from my bank account. Later they forced me for cash payment why because they misplaced my empty cheques and forcing me for payment. I replied them in my bank account sufficient money is there, hence draw through that cheques or otherwise return back my cheques then only i will pay the installment money. But they filed court case against me and also compelled the persons who given surety to me. Is this genuine?

My name is elumalai a from tiruvannamalai and my pan card no is : aaite9440n. I have procured a loan from shirram chit/shriram finance on 2007 and i couldn't pay it in time but cleared it very soon and got noc from shriram finance but when i try to procure a loan from any bank they say that my cibil rating is too low and they couldn't process loan beause of it.
I heard that this ratings are updated once in 10 years and automatically my rating will be positive after 10 years if i have made the payment and received noc.
Is there any option to increase my cibil rating? I am completely unaware of this. So if you could help me on this, it would be great.

I am the regular customer of shriram chits from the year of 1993 in chits without any default i have paid the monthly instalments and i am not the customer of taking chit and furnishing security to the amount payable as balance. i used to furnish my amount as security in the shape of deposit every time. further i made so many deposits other than the chit.

Moreover i am now a customer in the chit of 4420/53070/24 and i was prized for the last january 2016 at the time of my 26th instalment, but i was paid with the chit amount only on 9.3.2016. i furnish the security of rs.30, 000/- for the balance amount payable for the further 12 months at the time of my 28th instalment.

My problem is the security furnished by me in the shape of deposit was informed to me by way of sms.in the trust with shriram i am not saving the sms and the same was erased in due course automatically. then i approached the shriram for receipt of deposit furnished by me. they said the original could not be issued till the security purpose is in force and they accepted to furnish the xerox copy of the deposit receipt. i accept and the xerox copy should be endorsed to the effect that original deposit is with us for the purpose of security for the chit mentioned above and the original will be issued after the closure of the payment of last instalment of the chit. again they accepted and issue me the endorsed xerox copy of the deposit receipt. these are all the struggles during the last five months by me, till today i am not issued with the xerox copy of deposit receipt.

May i know whether the deposit is with you and when the deposit receipt can be given to me and also i further wish to know whether the endorsed xerox copy will be issued to or not. please clarify me in this regard and do the needful or issue me the endorsed xerox copy of deposit receipt.

Ab lt 6/40 and ab lt 8/25 this two chits i have already taken with lots of problem.

Now i have a new chit ab lt 15/26, i am regular in payment of amount every month without fail but facing with lots of problem such as not entering my amount regularly
In online. still i have not received gift after 34 months.
All are involved in this game with sunil manager of branch. ali and dattu and sultan.
Please take necessary action against all this member.

Sir i deposit 20, 000/- amount at East Godavari, Samalkot branch . But staff have given no deposit bond then i will go to our branch and ask the staff why should don't gave me bond they said below 50, 000/- deposits are not permitted so we refund out amount of Rs 20000/-. they said this words last 2months.

Hi,

A worst finance company, they have been forced me to take a two wheeler loan with them, but now for non payment of 3 emis they brought 5 gundos to my home and rudely behave to ladies in house and also they seized my vechile. For seized vechile they dint give me the proper documents for seizing to recover their debt and also after recovery still they take money from my bank through ecs, almost going to be 3 months till now i dint get the loan closer paper. This problem is with shriram chits, tambaram branch.
