I was given wrong wrong information at the time of getting insurance. The person whose loss has happened today is the person's responsibility.

Note: my not allotted chits ticket # 14, I requested cancel the chits due to there is no proper responsibility at branch

Team mysel[censored]dayakumar from Arakkonam and i am made the payment for my regular chit at Kancheepuram Tamilnadu branch. This month i.e. june month myself made the payment first time made through pay tm mode amount 8960 debited and receipt not download ( show amount declined) but amount was debited from my bank account. 2nd time i will paid through my mobile App and uploaded successfully receipt downloaded. Problem is first amount also debited from my account i.e. two timed paid . Please check your accounts and make it in advance calculated next month chit dues.

My bike financ settled bt amount debited . settlement date 02/04/2021 why amount debited from account

I was joined in chits aug 2019 avadi branch Thiruvallur district but here the managers as well as the staffs not giving proper information to the customers.. They didn't inform about the government security before joining the chits.. after the months gone for taking the chits only they are asking Government security sign for withdrawal of chits.. and then I have cancelled and wants to make me the chits transfer.. the people working their got signature for two times in the transfer application but now they are easily telling not able to transfer ur chits... now they are forcing me to join again. They have not return my money yet
. They are not bothering about people money.. the company really going with fraud people's who were working not know about customer service and how to behave with the customers.. kindly

During the financial constrain, my client Mariappan from Trichy. managed to pay all the premiums and waiting for the Maturity amount. Bu shockingly with not disbursing the amount, they Shriram chits taken the money back for another ongoing chit as 6 months ADVANCE premium.

He is currently facing a acute mental stress and it has disturbed him and his family a lot. He needs remedy immediately.

I am Anand, I was met Mr.Narayanan ( Manager – Mugappair branch – Mobil Number [protected] /[protected] ) at branch office in Oct 2020, who is recommend me to join shri ram chit fund, I have asked about the chit rules and regulation but he was misleading and cheated me that, there is not require government surety for 5 Lakhs and 3 Lakhs chit group, only require private employee surety and then I have decided to join 5 Lakhs ( 2 Nos) but...

Rc not given to customer after closing the loan and also employees not given proper responds to us

I have being subscribe last 15 years as chit fund to your company -
I have offered bid of Rs.68000/- of 500000/- but your BM not allotted to me - this chits allotted to Less bid subscriber - is this justice - Please enquiry about chinting in your chit fund company at your Mahabubnagar br actioned against them and justice to us- if not possible I will SUE against your company for justice as well as consumer cout.

This issue was happening to me for the past 3 years. one of your collection person collected the amount from me on March 2019 without any issuing any bill since I informed him that I got an legal notice he told me not to bother about that he will take care of that notice, but now your legal team was asking to pay the legal fees to the mylapore branch.
MY Concern is - Why I need to pay the fees for the collection person mistake, if he informed i might have been went directly to the legal office. and pay the amount.. Are you people fooling us we are giving our valuble money and need to pay extra too.

Sir while I pay rs7100 in the counter a staff misused money against my knowledge. they told that due amount reflect in your account within a day. But so for they did not clear. kindly do needful regarding this case

Sir, I enrolled in 5 lakhs chit in vellore tamilnadu and paying amount till normally. When I came to pay my chit amount for rs.7100 towards 5 lakhs chit, a company staff forcibly took that money to another chit for her incentive. She said that due will clear on next day...But sofar not cleared. I went to vellore office many times regarding this issue. But my paid due amount is not transfered.kindly take action to clear due.

Sir I am sumitha my agmt no : SINGATW[protected], I Bought two wheeler loan & completely paid 3 years before, I paid full amount to sakthivel one of your staff, he told u will get rc book with in 1 month, but i had not received rc book till now 3 years i am waiting i approached office also but i had not received. Sakthivel told me last month also madam u will get rc book with in 15 days. I had not received, pls take any remedy for me to provide rc book.

When I make a call to the agent for loan details he make rude behaviour with customers

Myself “Mr. V. Rakesh” chit customer in your SRIRAM CHITS, My Chit amount value is Rs.10, 00, 000/- action dated on 5th December 2020 and also I have submitted all my related documents in proper manner in Tondiarpet branch office. Till date am not getting any price money and also deposit certificate of Rs.2, 00, 000 from branch end. Continues followup with branch and Today I visited directly to the branch, they are not given any proper response answer about my concern and also they said documents was already sent to HO and awaiting for approvals.

Request you to confirm my price money is holding any approvals from HO? and also confirm the reason for delay to given approvals, whether in the meanwhile am getting any interest amount for holding my price money from HO?.

It’s emergency purpose I action my price money from your organization, but very long struggles and delay actions till am not get my money from SRIRAM CHITS. After Disappointed only, i write a letter to HO now, request you to kindly attention to give a proper response and action to handover my money as soon as possible, Henceforth how we will trust in your organization and how can I refer any one in future.

Thanks in advance, I hope take a necessary action to handover my price amount as soon as possible.
